Monthly Rentals in Quinnipiac River

We loved staying here as it was not too far from a venue for a concert we went to. The place was great, spacious and affordable. Will definitely recommend because we want to come here again!

Loved it , she even was made aware of how much I loved it and chose to extend the check out time for me ! Such a cute studio to relax and unwind and cook a little meal in !

I had an amazing time in Becky's unit. It was the perfect place to spend a few months in New Haven in! Multiple Yale shuttle lines depart less than 2 minutes away, so it was super easy to get to the Yale Campuses and Downtown - and back, even at night. The unit has everything you need: washing machine and dryer, a clean bathroom, a spacious and fully functional kitchen, and a nice sleeping/living area. Everything is centrally airconditioned/heated. Of course, it's not a large unit, but it's the perfect size if you live alone. There are many small shops within walking distance where you can get good coffee and groceries, and larger grocery stores are accessible via the Yale Shuttles. There is also a nice fitness center in walking distance. Becky was an amazing host, she always responded when I had issues (which was a rare occurrence) and made sure to resolve them quickly and uncomplicated. I would highly recommend this unit if you plan to stay in New Haven, for long or short stays!

This was a lovely room right near Quinnipiac University. Perfect for parents weekend. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.
