Holiday rentals with breakfast in Queenstown

I love the house at the first sight on Airbnb. Everything is perfect! We feel warmly welcomed and enjoy the stay!

Gorgeous cottage in a great location. We had such a happy stay in this house and would love to come back and explore more of this beautiful region while relaxing and enjoying this terrific house. It had everything we needed, and provided a relaxing spot to enjoy some peace and sunshine after a busy day of seeing the sights. Perfect, cosy retreat in wonderful Arrowtown.

Bex and Philip are amazing hosts! Their place is in a quiet and beautiful location. The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. They were very friendly and even took the time to show us around some beautiful local nature spots. Our trip to Queenstown was truly amazing, all thanks to Bex and Philip! とても素敵なホストの方です。あまり英語をうまく話せないため滞在前は心配していましたが、とても優しい方たちでオススメを教えてくれたりとても親身になってくれました。次にもしクイーンズタウンに戻ってくることがあれば勿論またここに滞在したいくらいです！

Beautifully clean, larger than expected with two toilets it was ideal for a family of four. Good location near the airport and a decent drivable distance to Queenstown. Good private entrance and off road parking were also appreciated. Very well supplied kitchenette with a variety of breakfast options provided. Margi was a very friendly and informative host with great suggestions for things to do in the local area.

Lovely house in really nice setting. Toni was very welcoming and gave helpful advice on places to visit. Thoroughly recommend this as a peaceful location within easy reach of Queenstown.

Amazing stay, very easy to get to from airport to bus stop outside her house (direct bus). Location was brill with a shop and some lovely restaurants a few mins walk. We did Ben Lomond from the door. She was very responsive to our questions and went above and beyond to help, even after we checked out. Breakfast was a lovely bonus also!

The hosts were kind and provided a great manual with lots of info and area tips. Lots of privacy. Highly recommend this studio apartment location which is higher up on a hill with great views. The studio is nicely furnished with great kitchen basics to cook if you please. Loved the bed and living area views and especially from the wicker chairs/deck overlooking the mountains day or evening. Relaxing place and walking distance to bus/water ferry. Groceries can be found in the Remarkables town center 3-4 km walk/ or 5 minute drive. Queenstown is a bus or ferry away. Loved my stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect Queenstown stay! Located near airport and the wonderful downtown. Grocery stores are very close, the host did a fantastic job of setting us up for success! Lovely lovely lovely home. Views are amazing 💜

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Arrowtown. It was well located, clean and had all the amenities we required for our 4 night stay. Treena was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic, relaxing time at Sarah's rental. Very well appointed and comfortable. Very lovely hosts, who made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay again.

Karen’s communication skills was top notch. Place is located with mountains views which makes stay more pleasant. Everything was neat and clean. Worth to stay. She’s very understandable person. We enjoy our stay there.

Good place for stargazing at night and a hearty breakfast would be served.

Had a great stay with Paul. Came out to greet us and show us around when we got there. Let us use their bikes and brought us fresh towels almost immediately after messaging for some. Lovely place!

Perfect location very quiet and peaceful for a good night sleep. Lovely welcome fruit basket and breakie items. Large bedroom with very comfortable bed and nice view over pond - loved the ducks to wake me up in the morning ❤️. Good size bathroom with a great shower 👍 Lots of added extras e.g bathrobes and slippers. Met Lyn and she is a lovely lady and a perfect host. Ideal location 10mins to Arrowtown and 15mins drive into Queesntown. Would love to return and would certainly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was just perfect and really felt like a little escape up into mountains whilst only being 10 mins from bustling Queenstown. The place was cozy and homely yet still felt quite luxurious which we loved. Also, Juliet was always so lovely and friendly giving us great tips, making incredible breakfasts and working around our timetable.

Peggy puts the BREAKFAST back into BnB. We had the most fabulous repast for breakfast, better even than most of the wonderful breakfasts that you get in German BnBs. Peggy is helpful, friendly and an all round wonderful host. We spent so long over her generous breakfast chatting with our fellow guests, that we were almost late leaving her place. If we’re ever back in Queenstown we’re straight for your place Peggy!

Great place, Denise and Keith are lovely people and have provided lots of traveling advice for us to explore. The house is clean and tidy, we really enjoyed our stay.

Going to Cromwell wasn't in our itinerary but because I liked this cute little place, we decided to give it a try. And tell you what it's damn well worth it. The location is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The hosts were super friendly and kind. Graeme, kindly took us on a tour to his garden, where he proudly displayed his collection of various fruits and vegitables. We all walked to a beautiful lake which is just across the fence. They suggested us places to look around in Cromwell. There is a cute cafe, a small bridge with a walk trail all the way to Clyde and also a Highland Motorcycle park, all within just 5 kms. Thanks to Jennifer and Graeme our day was well spent in Cromwell. No wonder it has one of the best ratings in Queenstown. Would definitely visit again with friends and family.
