The house was exactly as described. If you want to see sunsets over the lake right off the back deck it is perfect. The location is also great for visiting wineries, and there is a nice park with paved trails right at the end of the road. There is a lot of specific information provided by Dianne and it covers everything in the house. The place was perfect for a couples getaway with our dog. We even got to watch a bald eagle eat a fish in the branches of a nearby tree from the sunroom.

This was our second stay and it didn’t disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed our girls’ weekend getaway and the on location massages were the cherry on top. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the "log cabin"!! The hot tub was a huge hit, we loved the big dining room table, and also appreciated the 2nd living space in the basement. If you're ever looking to stay in Hartville, this is a great home for large family gatherings.

Another fantastic weekend! This is the home of our annual staff retreat. It has plenty of room, and beds, to accommodate everyone. The kitchen and dining area were great for staff meals. The hot tub was relaxing between work sessions. The weather was nice enough to meet outside on the huge wrap around deck as well. We look forward to going back every year and highly recommend for any large group.

what an awesome view going down the driveway to the cabin. Quiet,cozy and relaxing. Fishing was great. Small mouth bass and bluegill was what I was catching. We seen wild turkeys and deer and lots of different birds. Host was great in keeping in touch with us and the cabin was stocked up very well. We will definitely be going back! Thanks appreciate it! This was a great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable, and Rhonda was super helpful and friendly. We didn't have time to explore the area as we were just stopping through on a road trip, but the town was charming and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Kristie was absolutely wonderful. She cared about our stay throughout our time there. When the hot water heater broke on Saturday evening, she made half a dozen calls on Sunday and had someone there first thing Monday morning. Got it running on Monday and replaced on Tuesday. That's amazing! Other questions and concerns were addressed quickly. She was flexible with our check-in and check-out times, trying to get us as much time at the lake as possible. The home's open concept and large basement were perfect for family time and activities. Our daughter loved her bedroom with the desk. My nephews and brother enjoyed the privacy of the basement bedroom. Parking area is muddy and swampy after rains, but the lake is nearby and the lakeside community is perfect for bike riding and walking. Bonus, Lakeside Bagel is a great breakfast place, an easy walk just down the street. We would absolutely stay again. Thanks for everything!

Joann (Jo Jo) is a wonderful hoast. When I contacted her in the morning prior to making one of our several day trips, about the need of a grab handle for the bathroom she had it there later on that same day when we returned. This was our 4th vacation trip to the Ashtabula / Geneva on the lake area. We've stayed at different rentals every time. This is the first time that neighbors interacted with us and made us feel welcome. We've already book this place for the same time period next year. A gentleman that lives at the end of the drive invited us to come down and experience the sunset any time we wanted. The house was just the right size for myself the wife and our fur baby. There is a fantastic gas grill there and I used it twice to grill dinner, I plan to bring a griddle plate for next year so I can cook up some magic for the neighbor's. We are so looking forward to September 2025 and another 7 relaxing days at J Jo's beach house. You won't go wrong if you book this cottage.

Our third time back and we had a blast. House and property are absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Would totally recommend to anyone looking to get away with family and friends and spend some time out in nature.

The house was very welcoming and cozy. Very quiet area and the neighbors were really nice as well! Very safe area and very clean.

This was my second time visiting in a matter of months. This is definitely a place that we will make a recurring visit. Both visits we ran into Robin and she was so gracious and offered assistance in any way (including taking out the trash). Made us feel like family!

Staying at Michael’s was a great decision given two all day events at Spire sports complex, which is 15 min away. The condo appears to be the nicest and one of the newest buildings in GOTL. The condo was clean and quiet and the indoor pool was much better than the heavily chlorinated, small/shallow and muggy pools you’d find in hotels. My kids loved it. Michael’s place was as described with a beautiful view off the balcony. He had several nice touches in the kitchen with the quality of appliances he provides and the shower in the master bedroom was legendary - beautifully tiled, 4 jets, overhead and hand wand, with amazing water pressure. Thanks for a great stay, Michael!

This place was amazing! The view is perfect, everything is exactly as pictured. The communication from the owner was quick and efficient every time. They had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of super soft towels and washcloths, comfy bed, everything we could need for the kitchen. The smart tv and the shower were wonderful. We had a relaxing getaway and would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

This was our 3rd year coming to Lake Erie Vista and our 1st staying in the Penthouse. The view from the balcony, master bedroom and living room were breathtaking. The Penthouse was huge, beds very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had an amazing relaxing vacation and will definitely be back next year.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary, and it was truly a memorable occasion. The location was absolutely stunning! Each morning and evening, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of Lake Erie, with the sun casting a golden glow on the water as it rose and set. We spent our days lounging by the inviting heated swimming pool, relishing the warmth even during the cooler hours. The convenience of being close to delightful restaurants added to the experience, allowing us to indulge in a variety of culinary delights. In the evenings, we would unwind by curling up together and watching our favorite shows, easily casting them to the smart TV in our cozy bedroom. Overall, our time there was incredible, and I wholeheartedly recommend this enchanting place for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories.

Overall - this was a wonderful stay. Plenty of space for our group to enjoy and extremely clean. Very quiet area and we enjoyed our time at this location.
