Love the peaceful and beautiful location. Pity that we stayed only 1 night. The safari arranged by Kamal was very fruitful. We got to see the leopard once closer up and twice at a distance. Highly recommended!

The White Villa in Chilaw is truly a stunning place to stay in Sri Lanka. Equipped with every luxury you could wish for: three jacuzzis, a massive swimming pool, and all kinds of extras like inflatable pool floats. It also boasts a top-notch washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen with water and ice dispensers, air conditioning, and incredibly spacious bedrooms. The villa is perfect for family or friends, offering plenty of space and comfort. The cherry on top is Samantha, the property manager, who is the best you could ever hope for—kind, attentive, always helpful, and wonderful with children (our baby absolutely adored him!). Additionally, we highly recommend asking the in-house chef to cook; we did this several times and were beyond satisfied with the delicious meals. All in all, don’t hesitate to book your stay here. It’s an unforgettable experience!

Great location on a smaller lagoon in the Kalpitiya area. Kite surfing option right next door, but in a nice quiet area. No swimming in the beach, but the pool was lovely. We went out on the kayaks each day, and spent hours in the lovely garden. Great option for family, or even two travelling together.

It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer since Martin’a place was a delight - the location, pool, and rooms were exactly what we wanted and his team provided incredible service and delicious meals. We would return in a heartbeat - thank you!

It was a great stay at Ravi’s place. Mrs Visaka and the team were very friendly and very helpful. Amazing food and great hospitality. We felt very comfortable and it’s a stone throw away from the beach.

We had a fantastic 6 night stay at Sharmini’s villa. My husband and I were travelling with our 9 month old, 3 year old and in-laws, and Sharmini’s staff could not have made us feel any more welcome. They really wanted to ensure we had a lovely stay, cooking wonderful meals(chef is included and you just pay for ingredients), helping us organise a safari trip and day trip to Anuradhapura. The villa itself is located in beautiful surroundings, it was wonderful having such wildlife on the doorstep! We went on a boat trip one evening and saw a wild elephant. Bedrooms all have A/C and splash pools on balconies. Highly recommend a stay!

Wonderful place to start and/or end your trip to Sri Lanka. Don will pick you up from Colombo airport (about an hour and 15 minutes ride) and he's a safe driver. The villa lies in a rural area, very green and nice & quiet. Don is super friendly, helpful and a good laugh. We've had more than one lovely meal here. Also a 'high' tea in the watch tower overlooking the sunset over the rice fields. Bicycles are at your disposal to explore the surrounding area. Communication went very easy and Don reacts quickly to all your messages. All in all, staying here was a great experience and we highly recommend it!

Great for a quiet low key relaxing transition to Sir Lanka after your flight.

It was an original cottage, nicely prepared for guests, we had privacy and in the morning we could swim in a nice pool. Nice !
