Monthly Rentals in Khan Pou Senchey

First the negative: live cockroach noted in silverware drawer when opened. noticeable unpleasant smell in unit. Shower drain was not working effectively leaving standing water while showering. Broken shelving unit upon entry to unit. Positives: The location is amazing. The swimming pool is wonderful with the gym as well being just lovely to work out in. I would recommend this unit just for these two items alone. The location was top notch as far as city location. The host was responsive and checked in on me without me asking. It has to be said that the host offered to have the negatives fixed during my stay but i declined as i did not think they were major. I only list them here because it's assumes that things are getting "overlooked" in between guests and the unit is not being kept up as well as i am used to. Overall i would recommend this unit. The location/swimming pool and gym are just amazing. There was febreeze in the unit and that helped greatly when sprayed daily.

This listing was the heights of perfection! Everything from first communication to arrival was perfect! I originally booked for one night but have decided to stay longer. The space is exactly as was described and her team has been very accommodating so far! If you’re in PP this place is perfect for long or short term stay. The market is just 7mins away and the supermarket is a lil further but still walkable (23mins). This mattered to me because I like cooking my own meals. The kitchen is super spacious. The unit is in a small gated community so even if outside feels a lil chaotic, once you’re through the gate, you’re in a lil oasis. Can’t recommend enough. Ho Kei and her team are superb!!

Soyorn is a great host and the apartment is fantastic! From the moment I booked the apartment the communication and information given to me by Soyorn was great. I also got supplied an adapter free of charge and delivered to my room so I could work on my computer which was great. I highly recommend staying at this apartment in Phnom Penh, the pool and gym are fantastic and the area is safe and there many nice local cafes and restaurants to eat and also a 7/11 4 mins walk for the apartment. 5 stars all round!
