This is a fabulous place! The location is perfect. It’s private and safe and yet centrally located. The beach was lovely and a short walk. The place itself was beautifully and comfortably decorated with anything you could need. I would highly recommend and would love to stay here again. Thank you! My family loved it.

Very happy with condo and location. We did have an ongoing issue with hot water/pressure that needed plumber attention. Waleska was very responsive but over Christimas presented some service challenges from the plumber with parts. We always had water and we were able to make do. The condo was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Supplies and everyday basics were plentiful and we arrived to juices, water and corona in the fridge. Much appreciated. AC, WiFi and TVs were great and able to watch NFL, NBA and a variety of US stations. BBQ grill and beach needs, etc. were abundant. Loved easy access to beach and quietness of the development. Waleska was very helpful with recommendations as well and very timely in responses via What's App. Would happily stay again. Note it is a long drive from San Juan and if you can fly into Aguadilla much closer. Everybody we met during our 9 day trip in PR were friendly, helpful and genuinely nice.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was immaculately clean, super comfortable beds 🙏 , in walking distance to the beach and the pool was perfect for our little family. We enjoyed it so so so much. The single downside was the amount of mosquitoes. So come armed with Off, bug bracelets, patches, coils and whatever else. But honestly, totally worth it ❤️

I have never felt so taken care of by an Airbnb host! Waleska came out to meet us as we pulled up. She offered to make dinner reservations on our first night, knowing we had a long day of travel. She knew the owner and reserved a poolside table for us. We ate while the kids swam. It was a great start to our vacation! The house was exactly what was pictured. We used all the beach equipment she had available. The kids loved riding around on the scooters. The beds were really comfortable. She offered more than enough towels and pillows. The layout of the house really worked well for our family. The laundry was upstairs, which was really convenient. I highly recommend Waleska's house. It was an overall pleasure to stay there. This was our first time visiting Rincón and I understand why people love it so much.

Jolie was an amazing host, always responsive, proactive and resourceful. She looked after us like a a good old friend! The villa is a gem, a lot of space, an amazing terrace on the third floor, a fully equipped kitchen and an extraordinary location within 3 min from the beach in a great gated community. The tennis court available was a big plus for us and the peaceful and quiet neighborhood was a blessing, especially after a rather stressful and unpleasant stay in San Juan for 5 days prior to this Rincon trip. The neighbors whom most are local residents are very nice and helpful and we instantly felt like home. Rincón is 10min away and there are good restaurants close by such as La Rosa Inglesa or the Beach House where one can enjoy live music. There is a big surfing community around here and one can feel that cool and relaxed vibe everywhere. We are already thinking about returning with our family and friends. Truly amazing!!experience!

We travel extensively using Airbnb and have high expectations. We seek a non-clutter, spotless, well-appointed, like-new model home type experience. This property exceeded our expectations!! Fluffy white high end towels, super comfortable beds, tastefully decorated. It looked/felt brand new. Great 8 minute walk to the beach (Don Antonio) with an awesome restaurant (Casa Islena) with a bar and tables around the pool looking out onto the water. I (woman) felt completely safe walking alone - all over town/beach, even at night. The beach was amazing, water was warm and only a handful of people. The people are very friendly. Rut was our contact and was both proactive in providing all necessary information as well as immediately responding to questions. The internet went down for the area and he gave us a partial refund -- WITHOUT me even asking. TOP of the line service oriented experience!

This was our best AirBnB stay ever! A magical setting and Allison was super communicative with great recommendations. We felt well taken care of and the house allowed our 20-something kids to have their own space. Highly recommend Casa Montaña and Rincón

This property is like something out of a dream. From the privacy of the patio with the plunge pool to the interior of the villa, this is the place dreams are made of. The bed was absolutely comfortable. Ample towels were provided, including beach towels. The beach area was absolutely dreamy and incredibly private. This property was absolutely the highlight of our trip. Every last thing is as pictured in the listing. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive with any questions or recommendations we asked for. Before we even left we were already talking about when we can make it back to this property. It was an absolute dream to celebrate my husband's birthday here and we will forever be grateful for such a pristine property to have spent it at. If this place is available, don't second guess it or wait to book it, book it immediately. You absolutely will not be sorry. This property is 10/10 on every last thing. It was quiet and private and perfect for couples.

We booked Amapola House last minute after our original Airbnb was canceled. We were extremely upset that our original place was canceled, but we are so glad it was! This house is absolutely AMAZING! It is spacious, clean, stunning views, and the pool was a great place to relax at the end of the day. It is on a quiet street, but so close to great restaurants, shops and the most beautiful beaches. We had a minor issue and Nicole and Heather responded immediately and took care of it. The neighbor was so friendly and helpful, the sunsets are amazing, the house is a great place to relax and recharge. We loved watching the iguanas in the backyard, my kids had fun trying to find them in the trees. Our original rental that was cancelled was on the other side of PR, having it canceled the day we arrived in PR actually was the best thing that could have happened! Amapola House exceeded our expectations; we can't wait to book another trip and stay at Nicole & Heather's House again!

The house was amazing. Very clean. Very spacious. Location was very close to beaches and stores. House in a good neighborhood. The rooms are very big and the layout was nice. They provide plenty of towels. The pool, grille, and outdoor sitting area was very nice to spend nights at the house with a larger group. The air conditions worked great and lots of living room space and two kitchens was convenient. The owners go out of their way to make this the highlight of anyone’s vacation to PR.

This place owes my family nothing! From the host to the beautiful home was so comforting. It was everything my family needed and wanted. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a different feel of Puerto Rico being on the west side of the island. The foods the beaches were an additional gem! My family and I say thank you from New York and we can only pray to book this exact location again! Thank you again

We had an amazing stay at Roger's property! He is an outstanding host, always available and quick to assist with anything we needed, which made our trip seamless and stress-free. The house itself is fantastic, beautifully maintained, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The pool was absolutely great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Every little detail has been thought of, making it a perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back in the future when I come to Puerto Rico!

Immaculate home and great for big groups. Every detail was well thought and perfect for hosting. Had everything we needed for a great beach and family vacation. Rooms were spacious and amenities in great shape. Loved the Alexa system and pool. Beds were comfortable. Close to restaurants and beaches. Great place!

This place was incredible! The privacy was amazing and it was so wonderful to have a private beach access. This was a perfect vacation spot for the entire family to enjoy! We had a lot of fun & would defiantly recommend this place!

This was our second time staying at this villa. Our trip was scheduled right when tropical storm Ernesto made it's way around the island. We did experience power outages which is expected- there was no generator in place but our host Maricel went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. She was so attentive to our needs bringing us food, solar lights, water, battery operated fan, and was in close communication until power was restored. The 24/7 on site security where also very reassuring in terms of safety. The most recent upgrades where a plus. It is beautifully furnished and the home decor adds a warmth to the villa making it feel like the perfect cozy beach home with all the added essentials in working order, appliances, electronics etc.. The location is very private with beautiful sunsets. Perfect for meditation, walks along the beach and even a nice swim. Restaurants and local activities /excursions for families are not far and easy to find. We will visit again soon

Great spot in ideal location in Rincon. Walk to surf, private beach , pool, tennis and basketball courts. This place is special.. Absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back soon!!
