Beachfront holiday rental in Puntas

We had a great stay in Jeanne’s villa in Rincón. The location is amazing - beautiful, secluded, relaxing and will lots to do nearby. We booked on short notice and the host went the extra mile to make sure the villa was ready for us. Communication was also great. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The villa is well furnished/stocked, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Thank you Jeanne! Hope we can go back soon!

Excellent place to stay. This has to be one of my favorite spots. I felt so at peace. We spent most of our time in the sunroom and on the deck. There was surfing right outside and you can take nice long walks on the beach. Luis was an EXCELLENT host. Excellent communication and flexibility with check out. I honestly didn't want to leave. Great location near Rincon, yet just enough outside you get more of a peaceful relaxing vibe. Highly recommend.

Everything was as described. The best part was the beach right outside the gate of the condominium. Clean and great to swim in.

The villa is great. Great location and lots of restaurants and beaches nearby. Villas has enough space, very comfortable and with easy access. Naycha is a super host. Super responsive before, during and after our stay. Highly recommended.

Great place! Walkable to the beach, bars and restaurants. The place is a little older and the water pressure/hot water situation can get a little iffy at times but that wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. We loved all the beach items to use and all the towels available were great!

This place is awesome! it is in the perfect location. many restaurants walking distance. The unit was amazing. Beds were super comfortable. It was stocked with everything you could imagine you could need. Rafael is one of the greatest hosts. He responded almost immediately to all our question. He is super helpful. We had an amazing time. We had an absolutely fantastic week at Janet’s condo. Everything was described perfectly, communication was fast and efficient. Our family loved being able to snorkel right out front at the rock reef, finding brain coral, star fish, angel fish and a host of other species. We had two power grid failures but Janet communicated swiftly and they honestly did not affect our trip at all. Highly recommend this spot!

Second time doing a month long stay with my family at Ricardo’s and it was great. The place is modest but can fit a lot of people and the location really can’t be beat. Ricardo is very nice and helpful and his house manager, Jene, really is the best. She always got great recommendations for anything yours looking to do and she offers a bunch of helpful services like airport runs, beach rentals and more. We are grateful for all the wonderful memories our family has made at this home over the years and we can’t wait to come back to Rincon next winter :)

Gorgeous outdoor space. Inside had all the essentials needed, plus little extras that were appreciated. Host was very pleasant to communicate with and made sure we had a great experience.

We had a great stay. The home is very clean and they have thought of everything. Marco and Magda were very good at checking in and also gave us a great restaurant recommendation for Thanksgiving dinner. We will definitely stay there again, when we come back to Rincón.

Traveled as family of 6 (4 teens) was hesitant to book when I found the listing because of no reviews at the time, but the house/pool are incredible. 1. Location beautiful and quiet. Kids surfed a lot at popular breaks in Rincón + drive was shorter than our last stay. Walking distance to bakery/restaurants + grocery store (w/ everything we needed). 2. Hosts were fantastic. Questions ahead travel were all answered quickly (recs for taxi, excursions, restaurants) + all excellent. We arrived to a tray of fresh fruit and beach towels. 3. The blackout. We had two days/nights without power on New Year’s Eve/day. Our hosts brought a generator for fridge + charge phones ASAP. We were running low on bath products + I notified host, next thing, there was a care package on our door step of essentials and treats for us and kids. I literally cried, it was a kind gesture during a stressful (NO fault of hosts, entire island impacted). Beautiful house, beach + kind, generous BEST hosts!

This place is ideally located right on beautiful and quiet Sandy Beach, 10min walk on the beach from Casa Islena and Tamboo restaurants and Antonio's surf break. 10min drive to the surf breaks and restaurants in Rincon. Condo has lots of sleeping room, our 4 teenagers had beds to themselves. Host had beach towels and chairs and boogie boards for us. Kitchen is a bit dated. Had some hot water issues that the host fixed; the dryer didn't work.

Leanne was a great host. Everything went smooth and effortless. The condo is very clean and has all the amenities you would need and a great location! Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Rincon.

We have been traveling to PR for over 15years, this is by far our favorite place to stay with the family. Very convenient location if you’re a surf family. The grounds are super safe for the kids and the pool overlooks the surf break called Rivermouth out front. Will definitely stay here again!

Tom and Lynette have such a lovely property right on the water. They have excellent communication and we're very hospitable. Definitely take advantage of the beach but if you don't have a surfboard, dont go swimming. it's as powerful as the warning signs advise you about. The third floor terrace is a great place to watch the stars on a clear night that reminds you how small you are in this world. The beds and bathrooms are very spacious and accommodating, and the kitchen is well stocked with amenities. The property for sure had a, "home away from home vibe"

Bobby was a great host. Responsive and helpful. The air Bnb itself was amazing. Incredible views, large kitchen and living room with a comfortable couch. Super close to a number of great surf spots. Would definitely stay here again. Already missing it!

I stayed with 4 girlfriends, ranging from 34 years old to 70, for my 70th birthday celebration. We loved our condo. The balcony overlooks a gorgeous beach. It was fun searching for sea glass every day, taking long walks along the pristine beach, and watching surfers. The generator came in extremely handy when power was lost for a day. The air conditioners worked perfectly. The location is perfect. We walked to several restaurants, great beach shops, and small markets. Our favorite neighborhood bar had nightly music. We had such a great time that we hope to return for 2 weeks next year. I am so happy I chose this magnificent condo. It exceeded my expectations (and I’m fussy.)

Great location,Vero is a super host ! The space was very clean & fully stocked with all utensils, the outside living space is fantastic !! TV ,bbq grill & Hot tub in the evenings was amazing. I would definitely highly recommend staying hear.😎🌴🇵🇷

Our family stayed for over a week. Nice place. Sandy Beach is a quiet beach in Rincon. It's called Sandy Beach because this beach has a sandy bottom, unlike Maria's Beach which is rocky. However, it can have rough waves and strong winds, so may not be ideal for small children. There are quaint shops in the area and nice coffee shops, bars, and restaurants...very walkable. I would recommend having a car to go into town for grocery shopping and for exploring other beaches. There is a parking lot next to the condo, which did have late night visitors on Friday and Saturday night, but most other times the noise was unnoticeable. The condo was as expected. It has a rooftop terrace with a grill that we used one night for dinner. The picnic table up there was a bit rough, but it's fully exposed to the elements. We enjoyed the shared first floor terrace with lounge furniture and a picnic table and water station for cleaning sand off our feet. Pleasant renters in the other two condos.

Wonderful beach front home truly steps from the beach. Very comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. In addition to the big, sand-free patio, we loved having access to the roof-top deck and grill. Our surfers could check the waves from the point off of Pools all the way to River Mouth. Great surfing within walking distance. We’re coming back!

Great Airbnb in an excellent location. As other reviewers have mentioned, the noise from the bar/restaurant downstairs was barely noticeable, if heard at all, when in the space. We also really appreciated the laundry in unit. Michael checked in several times during our stay and was around often if we were to need anything. We would definitely stay here again!

Despite our arrival in the middle of the night, everything was done to ensure that we arrived without any difficulty in the apartment that had its own entrance. In addition, the hosts (Astrea and her husband) have always been available for any questions or requests and are your friendly. Regarding the apartment, there were 2 large bedrooms overlooking the garden. The view of the garden is, by the way, beautiful from both terraces. We felt like we were sleeping under the stars while listening to animal songs at night while feeling safe from animal intrusions by fixed screens everywhere. It was magical. The outdoor bamboo shower is a very nice plus and very convenient to remove the sand before entering the apartment. (However, to know that the beach is a 10-15 minute walk through a piece of unlit “forest” at night, it absolutely didn't bother us) In short, it was great , a real little piece of heaven!

This Villa was beautifully situated between the ocean beach and the pool. It is large and spacious and lovely inside and out. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have chosen as better place for our multi-generational vacation. We will be back. Thank you Rafy!
