Farmstay holiday rentals in Punjab

We stayed here for 6 days whilst watching India thrash England in the cricket. Karan's villa was a peaceful sanctuary for us all to relax in and we were thankful that we were within 20 mins of the stadium and not up in Mcleod Ganj with the other fans. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The staff were all brilliant and we had a wonderful home cooked curry on our first night. We would have eaten there more but for the fact that the food at the nearby 360 hotel was amazing and kept drawing us back night after night. The location was perfect and not too busy with car horns etc. We all enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely return.

We were there for more than a month. Found Munish and family to be incredibly friendly, responsive & helpful. It is a beautiful place with wonderful views of the mountains (at least from our unit). Our stay was very comfortable. In addition when we needed anything extra … a pot or other utensils, they were available within minutes of our request. The only negative was the noise pollution from the highway nearby & the music being played till 2am during the Diwali season. Munish was not responsible for any of this and couldn’t do anything about it. The location also provided easy access by bus to Paprola, Palampur & Dharmashala whenever needed for groceries & trips… without the hustle & bustle of tourists ! Overall we had a wonderful time !

Nena is a very proactive and helpful host. She messaged me twice before our stay just to confirm if I needed anything else apart from the amenities provided. Her house is no less than a heaven..its a beautiful space with everything kept neat and clean..Uncle and Aunty were the epitome of warmth and hospitality...there was no place for any complaints...loved the property and moreover the people..

Westonel Farm stay is a fantastic place to stay.. especially for animal lovers and people travelling with pets. KarnVir and his wife Minaz are very interesting and beautiful people and they made our stay extra special for us. Most importantly, we were travelling with three dogs and Karn and his entire unit was so supportive and kind to our pets who had a rolicking time running about in the superbly well maintained outdoors and walking in the surrounding fields. We recommend this place to anyone who is looking to enjoy some time in a place of peace and love especially for pet parents.

Homely atmosphere with a small garden. Dharam uncle is extremely helpful and friendly. He allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost. Dhauladar ranges and sunrise view from the terrace is amazing.

Staying at Balu Home Stay was an unforgettable experience! Mr. Abhishek, a knowledgeable journalist, made us feel right at home with his experiences.Nestled in a picturesque location, the mud house offers a charming retro feel that transports you back in time. The in-house meals were delicious, adding a personal touch to our stay. Sahib and Habibi, the friendly doggos, were delightful companions, making our visit even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a unique and welcoming getaway, Balu Home Stay is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

I'm delighted to share my experience at Walden, prompted by the exceptional hospitality extended by the host and his team during our stay. Nestled a few kilometers into the village, navigating to Walden was a breeze with the guidance provided by Google Maps and the Host. Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the pristine layout and decor of the property. A unique contrast of untamed, organic surroundings with neat geometric concrete architecture, each element harmoniously silhouettes the other. Inside, the structures exuded a natural coolness, enhanced by purposefully minimalist design, with artisanal elixirs tucked away everywhere. The absence of clocks and televisions let us embrace a slower, more mindful rhythm dictated by the Sun. We let our Host guide us, and he curated a memorable itinerary to our liking. My 5-year old son, loved every minute of it. We got to dip in a pool, cycle in the farm, ride tractors, try archery, hike a trail, play with animals. Great family time!

Had a group of 17 people. The host Harnek was very responsive and got us in touch of the local caretaker of the property. Sunny. A character for sure. always looking to help in any way as possible. always making sure that all goes according to plan. Loved the stay and love the services provided by Sunny. About the property - looks like the pictures posted online. The only think we felt missing was the cutlery and crockery. bring your own. OR disposables.

Beautiful place right in the middle of acres of farmland. It’s so much better than what I had imagined. The view in the morning is so refreshing. The air around is so pure. The place so far away from traffic. The night was so silent and peaceful. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Kailaso with 3 kids (all under 10) and 2 couples. The location is breathtaking and the feeling of mountain life starts right from the 500m trek that you need to undertake to reach the house. Snuggled in the mountains with a backdrop of overlooking snowcapped mountains is just what you need to get into a relaxed mood. Our kids had a ball running around the house and nearby open areas and we just revelled in the lap of beautiful nature around us. The house itself is comfy, cozy and well appointed. Sachin and Nanu make sure that you get delectable home-cooked food on-demand and make sure you have a comfortable stay. A big shout out to Sachin who doesn't mind making multiple trips across a difficult pass (for urbanites its a level 2 trek) to carry your luggage (no matter how heavy they are). Mohit was a great host, proactive in suggesting ways to make your experience more enjoyable, friendly.
