I had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood is great, and the place has everything you could need. It’s cozy, charming, and offers plenty of privacy. Plus, it’s conveniently close to everything, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The perfect place!

My son was making a new move from Idaho to PR & needed a safe & secure place. Jean's place was a perfect spot to start his navigating to PR. Jean was open & worked w/us for a long term option & it made me feel comfortable having him out there. My son had a little home away from home. Space was quiet, comfy & had the basci necessities he needed to get started. I even got to stay a few days when visiting for Thanksgiving & enjoyed the space as well! Highly reccomend & will consider again when in PR! THANK YOU JEAN!

What a fun great place to stay! So much to do just outside the door. This place is not for everybody as it is loud Thursday through Sunday until at least midnight, but I absolutely enjoyed that part of it! There is art everywhere, multiple food truck parks, and the beach is an easy 20 minute walk through Condado. Uber's are easy to catch and there is anything you can hope to eat or do is right there. Water pressure/temp is great. bed is comfy, and Josselyn has all you need for a comfortable stay, including emergency provisions for power outages. Josselyn felt more like a friend than a landlord from moment one. I'll definitely stay here again.
