Perfectly simple accomodations in a peaceful neighborhood close to beautiful beaches. I stayed in Mireya's casita for two wonderful and peaceful months. I enjoyed the open air kitchen and living area and the simplicity of the accomodations. The neighborhood felt safe and was very peaceful. Though there are not a lot of businesses within walking distance, there are 3 beautiful beaches and a public park that are all within a 30 minute walk. (The beach I enjoyed swimming at the most was only 10 minutes away by foot and was never crowded during weekdays) Mireya answered all my questions immediately and was proactive about letting me know when they would be doing any maintenance items such as lawn care. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Borikua soul shared café & laughs. he really saved my butt, after sooo many attemps of finding an affordable place sonibcan isit my island. if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be able to visit. the a/c works really great. if you go to Puerto Rico to watch tv, the tv doesnt have local channels so you might want to mirror your cell to the tv. nice water pressure in the shower. I wouldn't recommend this spot if your a big 6'5 300lbs person. for those that read the other reviews: puerto rico is very hot so you will see paint lift on many places on any island. YOUR PAYING VERY CHEAP! if your so ritzy go to a resort. please RESPECT THE ISLAND AND THE CULTURE. YOU ARE THE GUEST.

We were here for 3 weeks. We loved the location, being a short drive to many beaches and good restaurants/food trucks. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with the exception of a rooster or two. The bed was pretty comfy, even for my super picky hubby. The kitchen is basic- a cooktop, microwave, and toaster. But it works well enough for 2 people. The washer and dryer were a huge plus! We had a small water issue, but Ramilda was super quick to respond. Also, we made 3 new 4-legged friends with the neighborhood dogs who joined us on every walk we took. They look a little intimidating, but are actually all very sweet. Overall, this was a great place, great value, and we’d definitely recommend it for a short or long stay.

Great and responsive host! We loved the sounds of the waves, accessibility to the beach and walking to distance to great restaurants! We will book this place again when we come back sometime soon in PR!
