Monthly Rentals in Puerto Rico

Alexandra and Felix were great. I selected this location because my son was in the Centro Médico Hospital. The hospital is a 20 minute walk. It’s a 9 minute walk to a local supermarket and restaurants. You are only a 10 minute Uber ride to Plaza Las Americas, and around 15 to 20 minutes to Old San Juan, depending on traffic. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. I will definitely stay here again!

This was our second-consecutive year staying in Luis' building but different unit. We were in the rear unit this time. We wanted to stay there again because the property is in a great location, across the road from a food court and a short walk to the beautiful beach and the restaurants of Jobos. I'm so confident that we will return that I left my golf clubs there. The historic Borinquen golf course, with its majestic views, is only a 20-minute drive away in Aguadilla. Luis is a great host and maintains a clean property.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the ocean , and close to everything we needed .Buss stop to the town was right behind the corner . Jorge was a good host .

The place is very comfortable and clean, and has a full kitchen that is well stocked. It is within a short walk to the beach and near other attractions such as El Yunque. The hosts are very responsive and helpful, I would stay here again!
