Really beautiful views, even from this ground floor property. it's definitely pretty far from town and would be helpful to have a car, but I used Uber with no issues whatsoever. The walls and ceiling have very little sound insulation, so you do hear everything from next door and above you. Overall though this property is really lovely, with beautiful views, nice amenities, communicative hosts and a cozy feel.

Very nice apartment, clean, organized. It is not close to the center, but it always has uber available very easily. There is a great supermarket on the corner next door and the touring agencies search on its corner. There is no flexibility in the check-in time, a penalty considering the delay of the time at the check in. We were very well received by Silvia, at the behest of the host, who gave us tips on tours and was friendly, in addition to having provided extra chips immediately for the use of the laundry (paid). Super we indicate the stay :)

Excellent! Colmada of details that combine good taste and quality, from start to finish. Obviously we would not think of putting the "far away" location as negative: it is understood that if one chooses that place, it is prioritizing other things, such as tranquility, magnificent views of the hills, the Beagle, and even the Rio Pipo (which passes a few meters from the apartment) and its mouth in the Beagle. All this visible from the apartment, and from the deck on the terrace! Very nice surroundings; supermarket and gastronomic venues a few blocks away. EXCELLENT QUALITY of everything: tableware, cutlery, mattresses, sheets, quilts, towels, the shower, the faucet, the appliances, etc. EXCELLENT HEATING, both inside the depto., and in the common areas. Excellent cleanliness. Excellent to have the possibility of a washer and dryer (hot, not centrifuge; that is: DRY CLOTHES) in the building. GREAT value FOR MONEY. Would definitely recommend, and would come back!

Modern and attractively furnished, still quite new, everything is in good shape and works perfectly. The heater makes it nice and warm. There is not a lot of storage space, but the space in the small cabin is well laid out. The hosts were easily accessible and helpful at all times. You can tell they're making an effort, and it makes you feel welcome. We felt very comfortable here.
