Very friendly welcome despite the late hour. Pets well allowed even if my slightly imposing dog may have worried Elisa. Quiet and beautiful panorama at dawn. Correct breakfast included. Excellent address.

Great stay in this beautiful house surrounded by vineyards so very quiet. Great location to visit Rimini, Urbino, San Marin and to go to the beach in Riccione. The apartment is comfortable equipped and enough for 4 guests. The terrace is pleasant in the evening and even if we have to share it with the other 2 apartments it is large enough and equipped for everyone to enjoy it at the same time. the 2 pools are large and clean with shower and toilet nearby. A washing machine is even available near the parking lot if you want to do laundry. Sandro and his family are very welcoming and smiling and always there if you have any questions. Wine tasting of the vineyard offered on a very friendly evening. Very good wines. everything was perfect! Thank you very much for staying in your beautiful area.

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Great experience, starting with clear communication and quick feedback. Antonella was very helpful and flexible in the face of our travel unforeseen events. Kindness and friendliness made the experience pleasant, the bedroom and bathroom matched the description and were very clean. And the breakfast with homemade cakes is super! This is our second time staying at the property, and we'll definitely be back next time!

Our stay at Claudio's was a dream! The property is in the middle of the mountains, secluded from all the tourism and it is a perfect place to relax. The rooms are tidy, the view at breakfast is stunning and the infinity pool is just great! Claudio was very friendly and helpful and gave us good tips for day trips and restaurants. You can always ask Claudio for help and Francesca makes the best noodles with fresh and regional products! Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back!! Fabio, Jannik & Jana

Beautiful terrace with views of all around - Elisa was very nice,helpful and responsive.

My family and I (with our dogs) stayed in Vania's B&B for two nights and had a great time. Beautiful spaces: from the green and manicured garden to the inside of the house furnished with taste and care. Breakfast is also a treat, both for the layout of the room and for the food offered (very good jams). If we return to the Urbino area in the future, we will choose Vania's place again for our stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Poggio Prugnoli. The room is cozy, clean and a lot of lovely details make it a unique experience. Also, Marina is a great host and a very nice person. Thanks a lot!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

If you want to disconnect from everything and immerse yourself in nature, this place is for you! Giacomo and Daniela are super hosts. They'll make you feel welcomed as a family. If you have children, they will enjoy seeing the various animals ( from the turtle to the donkey). Grabbing blackberries and figs and eating them under the tree is an experience that remains in the heart. Try to believe!

We really liked the place, very cleaned and very well equipped! We enjoyed the house, we enjoyed the surroundings and also the fruits and vegetables, and last but not least the house wine ❤️ The house is in a strategic place, if you have a car very easy to visit Rimini, Riccione, Gabbice Mare, San Marino. We definitely will like to come back!

Ana is very kind and helpful. The house is very nice, the bedroom and bathroom have everything you need. Everything is very clean and tidy. Great breakfast. A few minutes drive to the sea and the Misano circuit. Everything is super!

This place was so clean, it is in mountain 🏔 in the apartment is everything you needed. We had a real good time by Donatella. See helps you with every question. For sure we coming back. And a hug for Frida the dog
