This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

The house is very nice, the view is amazing, a very pleasant place to relax and from where you can visit the surroundings. Silvia was always very kind and available to give directions and to adapt to our needs.

We spent a friend in this house with all the necessary amenities to spend time away from the daily chaos. The host was very helpful and provided us with directions to the house by phone, which were very clear. The house fully matched what was described on the site and we had a great stay.

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

Fab host and fab place.

The home is in a very nice place. The infinite pool is huge with amazing views. The house is very well maintained and the garden beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They were very attentive to us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we come back to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

A fantastic house with everything that we needed. The house manager Rosa was very friendly and helped us with our questions. Nothing to complain about. We had the best time and would like to come back soon. It was even better than expected.

The reception by Paola was very friendly. The apartment was nice, clean and with two spacious bedrooms, and the swimming pool and terrace were lovely to spend a relaxed day. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook our own meal. We had a lovely time and recommend this to others who are looking for a relaxed place to stay.

we sat at Susi's place for a week, it was a lovely cottage with all the comforts. Beds slept great,shower was nice,kitchen with everything you can use. Pool was lovely and the area was more than enough to do, beach,mountains,lake ,waterfalls, we came short of time. Regards,Michiel

It was a beautiful and complete house in a good location with nice views. The house is clean and richly equipped. Close to Fabriano, so all amenities nearby. Paolo is a very friendly and helpful host who is always ready to answer your questions. For the pizza oven and bbq, all necessities were present, so we used this several times. A lovely pool and beautiful garden, we enjoyed our stay.

The house is very nice and has plenty of space for a large group. It was very clean through the house. Gregorio was always very eager and gave us good tips for the area! We had a great time and felt very comfortable!

excellent welcome by Daniela, who is a very nice and available welcoming host. the environment is beautiful with the vines where you can walk with the dog, the view that can be admired at the time of the aperitif in the different salons tastefully arranged! the access to the cavé to taste the local products is a superb idea and to be tested! our three children loved the environment with the pool, the trampoline and the flaming parties of foosball that reminded us of our youth! thank you for this long weekend where we abandoned our phones and where we enjoyed the sweetness of the night in a very clean and pleasant accommodation for 5! I will recommend this accommodation to friends! and surely see you soon!

A very peacful place with stunning views and a nice house. Small roads lead up to the house and a car is a must to be able to go anywhere, which is not a problem. The host Luigi was very nice and welcoming. Definitely worth it 🇮🇹😊

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

Federica's place is in a great location to reach the beaches that are a ten-minute walk away. The house is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The house is equipped with all the necessary appliances and the linens provided were even packed and a laundry arrow. The outdoor space allowed us to spend pleasant evenings. Overall a great experience

Beautiful house in stunning rural surroundings. This is the perfect house for those who want peace and quiet. Host Giampiero is an incredibly sociable guy who wants to provide the best experience when staying in his house. He responds quickly and fixes what's needed. The only thing I have to postpone on my stay was that it wasn't clear from the listing that there was an external annex with 2 beds. This annex should be upgraded due to a fairly extensive moisture issue. In addition, unfortunately, 8 persons received ear infection during the first week due to poor water quality in the pool. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay where Gianpiero really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

We also want to warmly thank Nonna Nuccia for welcoming us into this corner of paradise, with small glimpses of the history of these places. This home tells of past times, the lives of people who have moved on over the years. We fell in love with the large fireplace, which warmed us and gave us magical moments in the company of friends of a lifetime! Michele came back, a kid, and an enthusiasm came back to him that surprised us! Let's not talk about Nino who literally "made love with the fireplace" (don't think badly, take the metaphor). We pampered with Rossella's wonderful cuisine, Loredana and I sang loudly as two teenagers and Miki Ciuffo enjoyed the view in the company of her cigar. In other words, we relaxed in an environment where everything stops and where you don't have to run like every day. We were received in a very friendly manner. Gustavo gave us great information about the design of our vacation with information about events and sights. We have experienced our two hosts as very helpful and supportive. On our arrival everything was as described in the offer. Communication was easy. The Podere is magically nestled in the hilly landscape, our place was only 10 steps from the very clean, daily cleaned pool. Bed linen and towels have been changed several times by our hosts. The whole complex is well maintained and very stylish and authentically designed. The quiet secluded location was very accommodating in our need for relaxation. The city of Tolentino with all shopping is 10 minutes away. The region of the Marche is an extremely interesting holiday area, which can be particularly impressed by its charming and varied landscape, its very friendly residents and with a lot of culture and leisure activities. We were able to enjoy the traditional cuisine of the Marche at the many festivals in the surrounding villages and cities. Our holiday was a complete success, we will be happy to come back as this great region could not be discovered in 14 days.

Sarah and Mark are the best hosts. Very responsive, always looking for ways to make your stay even more memorable. It’s indeed a hideaway so if you’re interested in a quiet place in beautiful surroundings then this is your best bet. To enjoy everything the region has to offer you’ll have to drive. But Sarah and Mark will provide you with extensive information about all the interesting things to do and best places to eat.

We had a wonderful time in the cottage. It was a spacious and simple cottage. The pool is really lovely. You are looking at Macerata from the cottage. Nice place, we had 3 wonderful weeks.
