Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Macerata

We had a great time at the property that is located in a quiet and comfortable area to reach the beaches and attractions of Porto Recanati. The host was very helpful and lavish in giving us tips to discover the area. So I recommend the stay and we will gladly come back to visit you:-)

The absolute plus for the apartment was its location. A stone's throw from the beach, with a supermarket within walking distance. Terrace overlooking the sea, where you can eat and relax. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the main course of Porto Recanati. Unless you want to hike, you can forget about the car. Noemi guest is ready, kind, full of advice and always available: you can see your experience in terms of hospitality. For me a "superhost"! The house is "set up" in a complete way: I found everything you need to spend a quiet vacation. Definitely a positive experience!

Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to checkout, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing that the parking space is not inside the courtyard but is available (it is located if you are looking well at the right times) in Via Pola. This discrepancy cmq was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO possibility, on how the Airbnb site is set, to enter the existing parking option if not by choosing the internal option. Cmq fabulous location because you are in the center, attached to the station, attached to both the waterfront (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the many clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: Breakfast on the balcony facing east.

Nice apartment, easy access to the local beach, friendly, responsive host

Together with a friend of mine we chose this apartment for a weekend and had a great time. Anna Laura is always available and helps you with everything. House is clean and tidy and the location is great for all activities. If we were to return here to Civitanova, we would always take this apartment.

Small but very cozy and very equipped house, new and well equipped bathroom, room suitable for two people, the kitchen is small but for small preparations it is great. The host is welcoming and helpful. Recommended accommodation. Especially due to its proximity to the sea.

The view of the beach was stunning; the home was very comfortable, had super cool features, and was clean, and the host was terrific. I highly recommend it even in the off-season.

The apartment is literally a stone's throw from the sea. It is bright, clean, tastefully furnished, perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach without having to take the car or walk long. The beach in that area is spacious and sandy, which I personally appreciate very much (I have memories in Civitanova of beaches with the stones that I never liked much). You can also take long walks by the sea, and reach more isolated and quiet areas. There were four of us, and we were comfortable. In particular, I appreciated the spacious and bright living room, equipped with two windows from which you can see the sea, and the spacious bathroom with a really large shower, equipped with a very nice skylight that illuminates the environment very well. The bedroom is a little small if you have to sleep in two adults with lots of luggage, but it fits without any problems if you don't have any pretensions and/or problems using a bunk bed. A few minutes' walk from the house you can find shops that provide all the basic amenities, such as bars and supermarkets. There is also one fishing shop, for enthusiasts like me. Elisabetta, the host, is very nice and nice, we didn't miss a thing and it was really available right away. Once again the Marche is a wonderful region, which I recommend to anyone, both for the scenic beauty itself, and for the kindness and friendliness of the Marche. Absolutely appreciated stay, to be repeated! Highly recommended!

house with a great location, very close to the sea. We were a couple with a dog and we really appreciated Pamela's availability and discretion. Leonardo was incredibly quick to respond and helpful. The apartment is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding area. Although we visited in November I’m sure it would be an amazing summer place when warmer and sunnier. Highly recommend!

I was in Massimo's villa by the sea for a week with my husband and mom... it was perfect for us! On one side the sea, on the other the "city" with market, supermarket, etc. Fall asleep with sea noise and the cure of people at Lungomare. Kitchen top equipped for self-cooking... The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, plenty of space! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed and appeared just like the photos. The beds were comfortable and each room had air conditioning.

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. Very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). It looks great, we felt right at home. A plus the terrace, spacious for dinner outside and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. The owners are very kind and helpful. The sea is just a few minutes walk away, clean and with very fine sand. It was a refreshing vacation.

A beautiful and peaceful apartment just outside the town center. Apartment is located in smaller building complex overlooking at nearby local green hills. It is situated 10 min walking distance to the beach and main town street with local sumermarket nearby. Apartment is in perfect condition, kept super nice and clean, equipped with everything you need for even a longer stay. Paolo and his wife are perfect hosts. Next to the amazing apartment, they run it perfectly. Very responsive, nice, polite and careful doing a small things that make a big difference . We really felt like home. The stay at Lorena's place was very pleasant. The accommodation is very functional, equipped with every comfort, tastefully furnished, located in a very quiet area despite being close to the center. Very clean. The location is great for going to see other places nearby. We did the check-in with his son Alessandro who was very kind in welcoming us and providing us with all the necessary explanations. We highly recommend staying in this facility.

Simona and her husband are wonderful people who make you feel like family. The accommodation, despite the ongoing outdoor renovation, was impeccable cleanliness and order. The beaches and downtown can be reached in a few minutes on foot, but thanks to the bikes provided, they seem even closer. What can I say... everything is wonderful and we will definitely be back!

I was a guest of Daniele's with my husband and children. The newly renovated apartment is located in a slightly old but quiet building, very functional with excellent well-organized spaces, balcony and everything you need to stay comfortably. The great location to reach a nice free beach, the center with a 15-minute walk, in general convenient to get around both the Conero and the hinterland. I definitely recommend
