Agriturismo Via della Stella | Apartment Lecci

Via della Stella is a charming agriturismo with a housing surface of 530m², divided over nine separate apartments. Each apartment has its own living room, kitchen and one or more bath & bedrooms. The farmhouse has a wonderful panoramic swimming pool. Its great position with view over the hills heading up to Montepulciano create a serene atmosphere. The farmhouse has been carefully decorated in rural Tuscan style. Activities such as wine tastings and cooking classes are available onsite.

Guests can book a small, cosy apartment with independent access, consisting of a nice living room / kitchen with sofa-bed, a charming bedroom with a beautiful view, equipped with ample closet space, a comfortable canopy bed and private bathroom. A delicious breakfast is included in the price and during the season (from April through October) guests also have the option of dining on-site in our farm restaurant on the ground floor. Well behaved animals accepted on request, surcharge €30

Surrounded by nature and nestled amongst the olive trees, you will find a picturesque and refreshing pool to relax.

Charming farmhouse apartment with swimming pool

Set within a cluster of self catering apartments in this restored farmhouse with pool. Offering one bedroom with en-suite bathroom this is our smallest apartment but still perfectly formed. There's a custom kitchen with marble counter top with french doors leading to a private flag stoned terrace. Feature exposed stone walls and hand made terracotta floors complete the rustic feel. The comfy sofa in the lounge can convert to a double bed with deep springy mattress.

This apartment built of characteristic Tuscan stone is a renovated ancient barn attached to the larger farmhouse. A fully equipped private apartment with a living area, double bedroom and two shower rooms, air conditioning, beautiful Venetian lamps, marble floors and furnished with vintage furniture. Swimming pool and large private terrace, with private BBQ and gazebo. The property is located on hills overlooking the stunning Arno Valley in the heart of Tuscany.

Over eight guests are added a double bedroom with private bathroom. To be paid locally € 1.50 per day per person, tourist tax. Kitchenette cleaning is required (€50.00 if left dirty)

La Felce Country House is a typical Tuscan country house. It is located 15 kilometres from Florence, amidst the Tuscan hills, with extensive private grounds. The beautiful swimming pool and the garden around it are only for the exclusive use of the occupants of the only flat to rent.

Very quiet village, without shops but sometimes a baker, a haberdasher or a greengrocer come to the village and sell their products, as it used to be decades ago- nice experience! In front of the B&B you can see a small church from the end of the 1800s, with a bell tower. :)
