Villa holiday rentals in Priolo Gargallo

Loredana was always reachable by mobile phone and always very helpful. We had a warm and nice contact in English. The house and garden are wonderful: great pool, beautiful garden, all around a wall or hedges, large living room, well equipped kitchen, sufficient bathroom. Everything was very clean. We felt comfortable Criticism only for the soft matrimonial bed (for me okay, not for my husband) and the small cribs. Sufficient for smaller children, not anymore for taller teenagers. The surroundings are quiet, you have to buy a car for shopping. Beautiful beaches are nearby. Value for money is top here!

The property is a semi-detatched spacious two-floor villa in a countryside type of environment, very quiet and sorrounded by fields and a lawn where there is a raised swimming pool. A plus for us was also the presence of a piano for rehearsal reasons. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities and equipment, the bed(s) very comfortable. We did not meet Giuseppe in person but on video calls; we were welcomed by his mother who devoted all attentions to us by also beeing very discreet at the same time. We fully enjoyed our stay and the wonderful surrounding beaches minutes away from the house. Visiting wonderful Syracuse, Noto, Scicli, etc. is within short drives. Distance to the Catania airport is 1 hour drive. Very convenient and relaxing location, attentive and responsive hosts: we fully recommend!

Wonderful location, very nice and functional house

Giovanni’s place is very nice and well-appointed. Giovanni and his wife Jenny were very prompt in helping us with some issues we had at home. I strongly recommend this place but preferably during the spring/summer season.

We enjoyed staying in early February very much! The accommodation corresponds to the description: it is spacious and appropriately furnished. It is located off the beaten path on a hillside and offers a magnificent view in absolute tranquility. The first night there was a storm. You'll feel safe in the house. The air conditioning (heating function) and the fireplace ensure a comfortable temperature. Firewood in 15 kg bags is cheap in Sirakusa in Brico-City. In the clear sky, we also saw Mount Etna in the north and heard the bells of the pasture cows in the valley. Garcia provided us with water, eggs, cerials, espresso powder and capsules, as well as other sweet particles for the typical Italian breakfast. Garcia is very attentive and always supports with questions. For us, it was the starting point for our hiking tours in the Sirakusa region to Ragusa. Due to the narrow streets, a Fiat Panda is perfect for this region. All in all highly recommended!

Santo’s house was the perfect location for our vacation. We stayed there for 7 days to explore the region and calm down from the craziness of the big city. The house is brand new, very clean, spacious and modern. It is powered with solar energy and is equipped with everything we needed ( washing machine, grill, nice kitchen, airs conditioning, nice terrace). Highlights for the smell of the lemon trees or the beautiful olive trees. They looked spectacular! Santo was an amazing host and helped us a lot with all we needed and was always available and answered promptly to all the questions. I’ll for sure be back when traveling again in the region.

Beautiful home, very well designed. It really makes a fantastic impression. From the hill where it is located, there is a beautiful view of the immediate area and the sea. Peace and quiet. Every few days a gardener looked at us, weeding a backyard garden, or tending the grass around the property. The interior is very energetic - feel like it's someone's home. The details, the items that were in the house reflected the nature of the owners. The house has a very good energy, we felt great there. A backyard pool, a kitchen where we could bake the fish market. The whole thing really well corresponded to the general idea of the house. Harmony and consequence. There are no things in the case. The only thing I would point out is actually a driveway - it can be problematic for low cars, the additional entrance to the property is very narrow, limited by the bushes that drew the body. Do not rent cars without full insurance. The condition of the fixtures could be better - unfortunately very stoned

Absolutely incredible home - even better than in the pictures. Unforgettable vacation! Great for families. Cannot recommend enough. Hosts and organizers were very kind. Strong aircon and cool pool to shield from Sicilian heat.

The house is perfect for family or small group. It located in a wonderful place with amazing views outside all around. Easy access to a lot of fancy restaurants and bars. The house is very clean, cozy and provided everything we need. We had a wonderful week here, and definitely will come back again when we visit Sicily again.

We really enjoyed staying at Maria’s villa. The house is located in a quiet and gated neighbourhood. The large terrace with its beautiful views over the Etna and bay is great, even in winter. The interior is spacey and conveniently fits 8 people Kitchen and living room are well equipped. Bed- and bathrooms are good. We made day trips to Catania, Syracusa, Necropoli, Fontane Bianche and Noto, all within 30-50 min drive.

Noto to be missed. The house was recently built & has been constructed & furnished to a 5 star hotel standard. The setting is also perfect, very peaceful with a beautiful view over olive groves & out to the ocean yet only 10mins drive to Noto As you might expect with a brand new property there were some teething problems but these were quickly rectified by the team. Roberto the owner was a pleasure to deal with and owning several properties in the area has assembled a great team to look after them. Lucky the property manager and Sonia who both cleaned and did some cooking for us were both lovely and very helpful as was Daniel who drove us out to restaurants. Highly recommend having Sonia cook for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here but would note if planning to work from here the WiFi is through a wireless router and as such speeds vary significantly during the day. Also the pool is unheated so by mid-Sept was too cold for our baby but refreshing for the grown ups.

Beautiful home and grounds. kitchen wa equipped with everything you would ever need. the owner was extremely kind and even brought us some sweets in the morning. Team also provided amazing recommendations for butchers, bakeries and fish mongers. We had the BBQ running every night. Would love to spend some more time in the summer .

Very nice, calm place. Noto is near (by car) with great restaurants. Communication with Simone and the team on-site (thank you, Corrado) was top.

Had a lovely stay at Noto Villa. The villa is spacious, with two cosy double bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a large living room. The pool area is fantastic, with palm trees providing natural shade, but you can still catch plenty of sun if you want. We were warmly welcomed by Livia, who was very kind and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier. There was also some food and champagne waiting for us in the fridge. The owners live above, so while they were respectful of privacy, we did notice a bit of noise here and there. We also had an unannounced visit from the gardener one day. The bathrooms are modern with good water pressure, and there were lots of towels, including for the pool. You’ll need a car (ideally 4x4) as there aren’t any attractions within walking distance from the villa. Noto city centre is about 12 min away by car, and parking is convenient near the city centre. Ragusa is about 1h drive via E45. Overall, a great stay with just a couple of minor things to keep in mind!

Silvia and her Family have been the best hosts we ever had! We felt so Welcome at their Villa, which is a real paradise: there is more than everything you need, it’s beautiful furnished, the pool is fantastic, the environment like Garden Eden. Silvia is so kind and helpful, whatever you need or want to know - she will be there for you! We had two wonderful weeks at Villa Sinerchia and can just recommend this wonderful place to everyone! We definitely want to come back next time on Sicily! Dear Silvia and family, thank you sooo much for your hospitality, you made us a perfect holiday!!!

We spent a magnificent week at this beautiful villa with our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The villa has a wonderful rustic feel to it which we loved, and it has everything one could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. As for the host, as many have already said, Corrado is just the best!! He really goes above and beyond for his guests. Super helpful, kind and knows all of Sicily like the back of his hand. We had a very enjoyable stay at Jochen & Katia's place. The location is excellent, with several beautiful beaches & a supermarket all within a 15-minute drive. The nearby town of Pachino offers fantastic fish markets, cafes, and bakeries, & a 30-minute drive to Noto made for a wonderful day trip, even on a rainy day. The property is well-maintained, & the pool is a great feature. However, there were a couple of small issues that could improve the experience. The security lights in the rooms were quite sensitive, & any movement at night caused red and green flashing lights to disturb the darkness. It would be helpful if these could be covered or adjusted. Additionally, while the kitchen was generally well-equipped, a sharp knife would have been a useful addition. Lastly, our host Carla was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay, but with these minor tweaks, it could be even better.

This place was a dream! Sebastian greeted us with some yummy warm pizza when we arrived as we came in quite late. The apartment was newly renovated, functional and great for our family of 5 (3+2). I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to get away from the busy city life.

the villa is magnificent, well cared for and equipped with all the comforts. The kitchen is super equipped, with numerous welcome gifts from the owners. Everything is really perfect and even better than described. Marco and his brother are very kind people, in a way and above all available to them . An experience I recommend to everyone!
