Villa holiday rentals in Priolo Gargallo

Maria was an excellent host. The place was cozy and spotless clean. Everything was exactly like the photos. They waited for us on a local gas station so that they can welcome us in and show us the best way to the villa which is in a private resort. The villa is in perfect location between Siracuse and Catania. The view is amazing - the Catania bay and Etna at the palm of your hand. Maria and her husband even gave us some local pasta, wine and fruits as a welcome gift. I recommend the villa with both hands.

Loredana was always reachable by cell phone and always very helpful. We had a warm and nice contact in English. The house and garden are wonderful: great pool, beautiful garden, all around a wall or hedges, large living room, well-equipped kitchen, sufficient bathroom. Everything was very clean. We felt comfortable. Criticism only for the soft double bed (okay for me, not for my husband) and the small cribs. Sufficient for smaller children, not for older teenagers. The surroundings are quiet, you need a car for shopping. Beautiful beaches are close by. Value for money is great here!

Our family of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed Emanuel’s house. Luana met us and helped us house information. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room. The area surrounding the house is amazingly beautiful. We didn’t use the work out room or sauna, but appreciate it being available. The kitchen is well equipped.

The property is a semi-detatched spacious two-floor villa in a countryside type of environment, very quiet and sorrounded by fields and a lawn where there is a raised swimming pool. A plus for us was also the presence of a piano for rehearsal reasons. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities and equipment, the bed(s) very comfortable. We did not meet Giuseppe in person but on video calls; we were welcomed by his mother who devoted all attentions to us by also beeing very discreet at the same time. We fully enjoyed our stay and the wonderful surrounding beaches minutes away from the house. Visiting wonderful Syracuse, Noto, Scicli, etc. is within short drives. Distance to the Catania airport is 1 hour drive. Very convenient and relaxing location, attentive and responsive hosts: we fully recommend!

Giovanni’s place is very nice and well-appointed. Giovanni and his wife Jenny were very prompt in helping us with some issues we had at home. I strongly recommend this place but preferably during the spring/summer season.

Everything was as seen in the pictures! It's very quiet and you have great views! You should keep in mind that it can be cool in the house in winter, we heated with the fireplace and an air conditioner:) We made pizza in the additional pizza oven. We also received tips for the area

Santo’s house was the perfect location for our vacation. We stayed there for 7 days to explore the region and calm down from the craziness of the big city. The house is brand new, very clean, spacious and modern. It is powered with solar energy and is equipped with everything we needed ( washing machine, grill, nice kitchen, airs conditioning, nice terrace). Highlights for the smell of the lemon trees or the beautiful olive trees. They looked spectacular! Santo was an amazing host and helped us a lot with all we needed and was always available and answered promptly to all the questions. I’ll for sure be back when traveling again in the region.

Absolutely incredible home - even better than in the pictures. Unforgettable vacation! Great for families. Cannot recommend enough. Hosts and organizers were very kind. Strong aircon and cool pool to shield from Sicilian heat.

The hosts were fantastic. Made us feel very welcome and we settled in straight away. The location is rural so you do need a car to get about to visit the many amazing places in and around Noto. very peaceful which is what we were looking for and the Villa had everything you could need. The Villa was stunning and we certainly did not want to leave. Noto is around 13 minutes drive by car and a great place to visit, from eating out to viewing architecturally beautiful buildings. We also visited many other places and were not disappointed. The hosts also provided information on places to visit and eat. Thank you to our hosts Tina and Corrado we had a fantastic time. kind regards the Wall family.

Noto to be missed. The house was recently built & has been constructed & furnished to a 5 star hotel standard. The setting is also perfect, very peaceful with a beautiful view over olive groves & out to the ocean yet only 10mins drive to Noto As you might expect with a brand new property there were some teething problems but these were quickly rectified by the team. Roberto the owner was a pleasure to deal with and owning several properties in the area has assembled a great team to look after them. Lucky the property manager and Sonia who both cleaned and did some cooking for us were both lovely and very helpful as was Daniel who drove us out to restaurants. Highly recommend having Sonia cook for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here but would note if planning to work from here the WiFi is through a wireless router and as such speeds vary significantly during the day. Also the pool is unheated so by mid-Sept was too cold for our baby but refreshing for the grown ups.

We were five friends spending our winter vacation at Giulia's house. Even though we didn't take advantage of all the lovely facilities such as the outdoor kitchen and pool, we had an incredibly lovely stay. The place is beautiful and the location is great if you want to explore eastern Sicily.

Lovely spot outside Noto. Great if you want to be a bit secluded. The pool was stunning and the house was very comfortable. Great hosts thank you!

Very nice, calm place. Noto is near (by car) with great restaurants. Communication with Simone and the team on-site (thank you, Corrado) was top.

A wonderful, tasteful and spacious house with a spectacular garden with almond and olive trees, a little swimming pool and views of the sea 10 minutes from the beautiful city of Noto and 10 minutes from the beach (by car). And, not to forget, Teresa, the super friendly and helpful host. We, that’s two families (8 in total, 4 adults and 4 kids/babies), loved every second of it. Mille grazie 🙏

A luxury house in the heights with sea views at the Vendicari reserve. An exclusive haven of peace where you can immediately feel at home. Francesca has managed to create a minimalist, chic and very cozy atmosphere, everything we love, this house is a total success. There were 10 of us (2 families with children), it was just perfect for rest and sacred moments of sharing on the terrace and at the pool! The location of the house is perfect, magical Noto is 15 minutes away and Syracuse is 50 minutes away, Baroque Sicily is full of riches that make this trip unforgettable. The best part of the location is this nature reserve a 2-minute drive from the house, magical!!! Sara and Corrado who take care of the house are very welcoming and very responsive to any requests. You will understand that we had an idyllic stay in this dream home, thank you for everything and all the best, we hope to be able to come back one day...

There is hardly anything to add to the positive reviews of our predecessors, except: it was even more beautiful than expected. We felt very comfortable in this beautiful accommodation with a lot of attention to detail, especially the garden with pool. Silvia was very quick to respond to all our queries and still made us feel like we were staying there alone. Grazie Mille, Silvia, and we will be back!

Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this lovely villa as a group of 15, and it was absolutely wonderful! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.The ambiance truly enhanced our stay especially as we could see the Mediterranean Sea 🌊 Getting to the villa without a car was a bit of an adventure but entirely manageable with a little planning. For those flying into Catania Airport, you’ll need to take a bus from just outside the airport to the train station (€4), then catch an AST bus (opposite the train station) to Scicli (€9). This part of the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Once in Scicli, it’s only a 10-minute taxi ride to the villa. To buy your AST bus ticket, simply walk across from where the buses are parked, and you’ll find the AST office. While the journey is a bit longer if you don’t have a car, it’s absolutely worth it once you arrive. The villa and the surrounding area are stunnin

We spent a magnificent week at this beautiful villa with our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The villa has a wonderful rustic feel to it which we loved, and it has everything one could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. As for the host, as many have already said, Corrado is just the best!! He really goes above and beyond for his guests. Super helpful, kind and knows all of Sicily like the back of his hand. the villa is magnificent, well cared for and equipped with all the comforts. The kitchen is super equipped, with numerous welcome gifts from the owners. Everything is really perfect and even better than described. Marco and his brother are very kind people, in a way and above all available to them . An experience I recommend to everyone!

We had a fabulous stay. Both Denis and Katjuscia were really helpful with recommendations . The Villa is just outside Scicli which is a pretty town with everything you need. The pool and grounds were great , everything had been tastefully renovated and it was spotlessly clean. We would highly recommend . Its in the countryside so you definitely need a car.

We stayed at Villa Francesca for 5 nights. It’s a lovely spacious villa with a good sized pool in a great location. Perfect spot, close to beach and local amenities. The host was very welcoming and helpful.
