Villa holiday rentals in Sicily

This is the perfect stay! In 2 minutes you can be laying on the beautiful, calm beach of campofelice. The kitchen also had great facilities!

Villa was clean and tidy, and matched the description on the AirBNB website. It had all the facilities we needed for our stay. It had a modern contemporary feel, yet was comfortable and homely. There is a great view of the coast line from the first floor balcony. Our host, Tommaso was friendly and responsive. He was kind enough to bring us pastries on our first morning, biscuits when we checked out, and a lovely ice cream cake when he needed to visit during our stay. The Villa is located in a rural setting and a car is a must. It is situated about 20ish miles/30 minutes east of Palermo Airport. There is a fantastic beach about 5 minutes walk. The nearest town is about 6 miles away and has a good variety of restaurants and shops.

Just returned from a wonderful 11 days at the villa. The accommodation and grounds were more than enough room for all 9 of us (5 adults 4 children). The villa is super clean, nicely presented and situated in a beautiful rural location, which is very accessible from one of the main roads. We loved the large pool and there was plenty of room poolside for the kids to play football and have fun. It was also very safe for our adventurous two year old. Kathryn and her husband were first class hosts, providing us with useful information, sweet treats, and allowing us to pick fresh fruit from the farm. They were attentive to our every need. We also enjoyed using the barbecue, watching the sunset and having walks around the farm. Piazza Armerina is a nice, quiet little town. There are some good restaurants and people are very friendly. We also visited Taomirna, Enna and Caltagirone. It was a perfect getaway and we would definitely book again.

Wonderful villa that is exactly as described and located in a great secluded location. Santo is an outstanding host like we have never before experienced, extremely friendly, really available at all times and helpful no matter what. You can feel the pride and care with which the building and the property are kept in good shape and feel right at ease and appreciated. The location allows for the breathtaking sea view that you can enjoy everywhere on the terrain and in the house. Due to its central location, you are quickly in the pretty port city of Sciacca and for shopping you have the city of Ribera with many possibilities in just a few minutes away. For children, everything is available to have a nice relaxing stay, in general the Sicilians are super children-loving and the little ones are welcome everywhere. We had a very nice holiday and can imagine coming back.

Words cannot describe how thankful we are to have found Simona’s and Roberto’s beautiful home. We just moved to Italy from the United States, and in the middle of our travel we discovered we did not have housing secured like we originally thought. Simona was so quick to respond to our situation and her flexibility with us meant the world. For our first month in Italy, we felt as if we had landed in a dream - the orange grove was the perfect peaceful spot for long walks with our dog and the serene atmosphere allowed us to unwind and really enjoy our new Italian life. The house is rustic and beautiful - there are so many perfect little personal touches and we felt cozy during our stay. The best part were the hosts, Simona and Roberto. They were responsive to our every need and showed us great hospitality. Simona gave us local Scordia recommendations, even bringing us bread, treats and fruit from the farm. We would stay here in a heartbeat again. Thank you for everything, Simona!

We enjoyed the house, everything was clean, the service and communication was always in time. A big thank you to Maria Angela, who took care of us personally. She always answered promptly and gave us so much recommendations for food and thinks to see. We did not know that the house is part of a gated community. And we were surprised that the house was offered by an agency. But in the end all good.

Stunning villa, spacius inside and outside, huge porch with comfortable sofa and tv, private pool with deckchairs for sunbathing. Walking distance to the beach, a short drive to the shop. Perfect fit for 6 people, with lots of kitchen amenities and various glasses to enjoy wine or other sicilian spirits and delicacies.

Loredana was always reachable by mobile phone and always very helpful. We had a warm and nice contact in English. The house and garden are wonderful: great pool, beautiful garden, all around a wall or hedges, large living room, well equipped kitchen, sufficient bathroom. Everything was very clean. We felt comfortable Criticism only for the soft matrimonial bed (for me okay, not for my husband) and the small cribs. Sufficient for smaller children, not anymore for taller teenagers. The surroundings are quiet, you have to buy a car for shopping. Beautiful beaches are nearby. Value for money is top here!

This home was a true gem! It was tucked away on a hillside with outstanding views! The outdoor space was unique - we wish we had better weather to enjoy it more! However, there is a covered porch with very comfortable furniture to use even on rainy days. We had 6 adults in the house for the week of Christmas and there was enough room for everyone to have private bedrooms and bathrooms. Even with many restaurants closed for December, there was a cafe and bar open every day 100 meters away and a local grocery store. Marco was able to recommend a wonderful chef that came to the house multiple times and prepared amazing food with only local ingredients. Cefalu city center is only 12 minutes away by car and has every other amenity you might need. Marco's home is a quiet, peaceful getaway. We hope to return!

Mariella and her family were the friendliest and warmest hosts we could have wished for. The house and surroundings are in perfect condition, everything is super clean and perfectly maintained. The house is well equipped and we were welcomed with a starter pack of groceries and Sicilian specialties that made us feel welcomed from the first second on. The stay at Villa Felice felt like a second home, not to mention the perfect views of the sunset and over to the hills and the sea. A perfect stay and we will make sure to come back again.

This place was exactly like the pictures. It’s gorgeous and the pool and surrounding areas are beautiful. The rooms are clean are modern and it feels like a five star resort. Marko was very responsive and helpful in terms of planning - I will call out that they don’t allow outside chefs or visitors which wasn’t in the listing and caused some stress for us. Additionally, although Castellammare del Golfo is a very cute town with lots of restaurants - it is difficult to walk there and back from the villa due to the large hill and it was much harder and more expensive than expected to get back and forth from the city centre and to the beach. Overall we had an amazing experience at the villa and would highly recommend. Thank you so much!!

We were met by Alberta, Giorgio's sister, who walked us through all the amenities and how to operate everything. She was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, best grocery store, best place for gelato (!!) and was reachable with any and all questions including how to manually open the gate when a large rainstorm stopped the electric gate from opening. She had wine, nutella, toast and jam waiting for us, which was so very nice for the adults and the 3 year old and 1 year old we were traveling with! The house is spectacular ... the pictures were beautiful but actually being there was stunning! All new, clean, modern and very comfortable. The location and surrounding area was very upscale and prosperous with a small town nearby for restaurants, bakery, butcher and convenience items. Larger and very clean and well stocked grocery store was a 15 minute drive, but well worth it. Thank you Alberta and Giorgio, you were outstanding hosts! :)

Excellent place. The house has a beautiful pool, huge living room. Terrace on the top that is perfect for watching starts. The house has large bedroom. I rented the place for my girlfriend and myslef - it was fabulous to enjoy the large space, and privacy. The place is surrounded by trees and no neighbours nearby so we could enjoy privacy. The owner was super proactive, responsive and helpful. We plan to go back again in the future. 10/10

We had a fantastic stay with our 3 families. The kids were in heaven with the outside area and pool. We stayed at the end of October and enjoyed amazing weather and bbq every night. Very comfortable stay and Oriana was the perfect host. Very responsive and welcoming. Thank you Oriana!

The house is simply fabulous. The architectural design is beautiful. A modern design where everything has been thought of - super bathrooms, bedrooms with excellent beds and storage. A truly great kitchen. The air conditioning is zoned - works quietly and well with simple controls. The pool and outside area is great - sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. The house is clearly a home designed & completed to the highest standards - not something made with rental in mind. It's a premium priced property that definitely is worth its price. Location is great too. One block from the beach and very close to multiple bars, restaurants and lidos. The public beach is huge - not taken up with private lidos. Letojanni is a very Italian seaside spot. EUR1 gets you on to a bus to Taormina in about 7 minutes. The buses are regular and run until gone midnight. Why drive?

Villa Lenzo is located in a beautiful setting. Lots of privacy at the location. The village of Ferla can be reached in 5 minutes by car. There are a few restaurants and also a Coop supermarket. It's a must to have dinner at Quattro Canti. Traditional dishes and the pizza Etna is highly recommended! Furthermore, there is a bakery and butcher. In the direct surroundings you can find Pantalica. A beautiful area to take a walk between the rocks and along the river. But you don't necessarily have to go out. Enjoy the sun at the villa with the occasional splash in the beautiful swimming pool. There is also a large gas BBQ available to have a bite to eat at the villa. For the sports enthusiasts, there is a table tennis table. We thought it was a top location and the host Paola provided us with all kinds of information to make our stay even more pleasant. A very nice modern house with nice pool, the children were enthusiastic. We had a very nice time there. It is not the typical tourist district but if you like it a little quieter, you will get your money's worth there. So great.

The check-in was flexible and easily arranged. The villa was beautiful and very comfortable for two couples, located outside of the city which makes it easy to unplug and relax. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Mindblowingly Gorgeous! quick drive to Marina di Ragusa....central to other day trips, Modica, Noto, beaches...Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals, Ignazio very responsive and helpful. Fresh milk from the dairy farm for our morning coffee was an extra touch!

Wonderful villa, beautiful indoors and outdoors, nicely furnished, equipped with everything you could need, super clean, spacious and peaceful. Good size swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers to hang out and watch the beautiful mountains. Loved the outdoor kitchen with good size bbq. Great base to explore the northwest and west of Sicily. Castellammare del Golfo has many great restaurants (don’t mis La Tonnara) and is a beautiful town. We also loved our hike in Monte Cofano. Communication with Nicole was excellent, pro-active, friendly and fast responding throughout our stay. Extremely good value for money, we stayed in more expensive places in Sicily that were nowhere near as nice. We would certainly come back

We had a great time at Villa Veduta. Comfortable beds and bedding, well-equipped kitchen, ultra clean house and beautiful Mediterranean views. Vanessa and Francesca are hosts who respond very quickly and are very proactive. They were kind enough to leave a bottle of Prosecco in the cool and offered to delay our checkout if needed. The terrace and gardens are nice for coffee or aperitivo. We highly recommend this Villa for a stay in Sicily. It's great!
