Monthly Rentals in Presumpscot River

The place was very clean, as advertised, and in a spot with great dive restaurants and a smoothie place on the same block. Very short drive to the heart of Portland, but the neighborhood was quiet. Communication was timely and the check-in/out process was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and great location. Close to the airport and a short drive to the highway to get wherever you're going. Tucked away just outside of Portland, Westbrook, and downtown Gorham with lots of convenient options for restaurants, groceries, gas, coffee, and even local farms. The two units above the barn share walls, but we never heard the other guests during our stay. There was mild noise from the road and planes (due to proximity to the airport and landing patterns) but nothing white noise won't block out from a fan or music streaming app. After a while we didn't even notice it. Jessica was super quick with her responses and I would definitely stay here again!

This was our third time at this property, and we just love it! Beautiful views, convenient location, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. The hosts are very helpful and responsive, too. We will be back!

Really nice place, great location. The yard is a nice bonus. We had issues upon arrival and the hosts do take a bit to respond. But they were very helpful in resolving everything, so no complaints. Great stay overall. The bed and bedroom is very small but we made it work!
