Monthly Rentals in Prespa

The villa was great, and the highlight of the holiday. The local village is nice and quiet with a couple of shops and restaurant. Balchik the nearest town is also very lovely. Maya communicated very well but also relied on a local agent which is where our only criticism comes in. We knew we would be arriving in the middle of the night and communicated this a week prior to our arrival. I was sent 2 different map pins of the location and no street address. I was also told the local agent would be at the property to meet us. When we arrived at my pick of the 3 map pins and called the local agent (at 4am) it was very concerning to learn he wasn't there, didn't really know the address either and could not communicate well enough in English to make any progress. Very nervously I had to approach a property that I thought may the correct one, with my family waiting, and enter it hoping it was our accomodation and not someone else's house. From then onwards though it was great

Great place! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was comfortable for my stay. Totally would recommend the place.

Very nice house , with privacy, tranquility , nice spaces , the pool spotless and private. The house inside had everything you needed we didn't have to buy anything extra . We didn't go out enough night because this deck is the best!!! The hostess very friendly served us well and no one bothered us during our stay. It is ideal for those who want peace and privacy , in a beautiful green environment. 10/10

Lovely apartment,helpful host Anna. The apartment is in a quiet,residential area of Vinnytsia. We recommend this apartment with my wife for everyone who wants coziness and silence.
