Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Praia Xareu

I was in the accommodations of Sânya to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday and it was the best choice we made, no doubt! Sânya is kind, attentive, responds quickly and gave many tour tips and information and legal ways to get to know places in the region! The space is a grace, everything was absolutely thinking and care, the comfort, the distribution of the rooms, the cleaning, the utensils it has in the house. It's a charming and super functional place! The people in the region are partners, the tour route where the house is located is perfect! From for a family tour, as in my case, to be among friends, or in romance! It's all beautiful, we were delighted and we were extremely taken care of by the host. She received us with spoils and was present in all the questions we had and made super helpful suggestions! Anyway, it was worth every moment of this experience. We hope to return to host with Sânya, in this magical corner of Brazil.

The apartment is excellent, very well equipped, balcony and swimming pool. The location is very good, very close to Praia do Riacho, which is a delight. The hosts were very attentive, giving tips on how to take advantage of local beaches and services. Awesome choice!

The house is really beautiful, more than what you can see in the photos. Everything worked very well and the cleanliness was impeccable; they made the stay very comfortable. The house is located a few blocks from the Porto da Rua beach, in a neighborhood that is very quiet despite the constructions. You can tell that it is a safe and quiet place, where the hours of the day are very slow and pleasant. The surrounding beaches can all be known by walking, and/or by bike, if you like physical activity. The walk to the pools is an unbearable and the warm water invites you to be inside the sea all day.

If you want to spend a season of peace in a super astral, airy, quiet, super well-equipped house, that's the house! It was beautiful power to spend the after Carnival of Olinda in Miracle São Miguel. The house and all the support from start to finish were perfect. She's exactly what you're seeing in the pictures. We took a swimming pool, barbecue, sleeping fresh in the air conditioning, cooking, visiting several beaches around. The beach of Porto da Rua that is very close to the house is great! The high point is the cart with all the necessary accessories to use at the beach. We use every day, we walk to the beach next door and in the car to more distant beaches. We are very satisfied with everything! We're definitely coming back one day!

My stay in this apartment was amazing. Very comfortable, well equipped and with a beautiful ocean view. The location is excellent, and the people in the area are very friendly. Definitely a place I'd love to go back to. 100% recommended!

The space is much more beautiful and cozy than in the photos. Everything made us feel right at home. We had already enjoyed what we saw in the pictures, but being there in person was an even better experience. The outdoor area on the ground floor is delicious to sit throughout the day. There is not much to talk about space. You need to go there to see what it's like to feel at home and you won't regret it. The house is close to the city center. We rented to Carnaval and walked very little to get to the main stage and this was fundamental for us.

We stayed for a short period of time, three nights, as we were returning from Alagoas to Recife. And we stopped in Carneiros to visit the beach, we really liked the condominium, the flat is very clean and organized. The food in the restaurant doesn't have much variety but the pizza is good. As a suggestion for improvement, the condominium needs to monitor the speakers in the pools more, some guests go overboard.

The house and condominium are great...structure, comfort, cleaning and location, all excellent, I recommend!

Great apartment, quality of beds, linen and towels. Many high quality cooking utensils. Nearby beach, almost private. We had a memorable stay. The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.

We've never stayed in a place as beautiful, cozy and refined as this. I recommend without a doubt the entire experience that involves this stay... The photos are a small example of what Marcio and Ana's house is like... I hope to be back soon!!!

The apartment is cozy, very well decorated and equipped with utensils, as well as great quality bed and bath linens. There were still some games available. Everything is designed for the comfort of guests. Patricia is a very attentive and helpful host. She responds quickly, gave us directions to restaurants, markets and pharmacies and even made the check-out flexible. I highly recommend your accommodation and hope to return more often.

Impeccable Flat, exactly as in the pictures and description. All very clean and organized. Extremely well equipped, nothing is missing at all. High point: the panoramic and privileged view of the sea. Going to sleep and wake up looking at a blue sea, with beautiful natural pools is priceless. The condominium is great, as is the pool. I would recommend with my eyes closed and would come back a thousand times. Thanks to the hosts for the reception.
