The house is perfect, it has everything you need for a quiet weekend, in contact with nature, the peace of the countryside and the comfort of a house in the city. Host responds super fast, is considerate. I loved every minute I spent there with my family, we're already planning to come back.

The place is perfect for children. We loved to know. About the apt was all we needed. And Luiza looks like it's 24 hours on the phone to answer any questions. We love it indeed.

The flat is amazing, very well equipped, comfortably held 5 adults and 3 children. It all went well at check-in, the hípica villa had several children's schedules and the condominium is not far from the center if you want to go around the city. I hope to return soon

We went with family, 5 adults and two children and one baby. They met our needs well. The owner of Fátima gave us all the attention. The resort is amazing, has farms, toys, games, cinnamon. The only thing that didn't do us well, which is something very personal, was the issue of the decoration of the flat that had a lot of religious confusion, being a mixture of Catholicism, Judaism, candomblé, spiritism, yoga...

Our stay was very enjoyable. Sítio has very good structure, large accommodation. In addition, it has an equipped kitchen with utensils necessary for cooking. There are also a wide assortment of movies to watch. We also take advantage of the trail available on the property that allows us to observe beautiful viewpoints. We intend to return in the coldest period of the year to better enjoy the fireplace and coldness of Serra Negra.

It was all very perfect, from the accommodations and the communication with João. About the place, what is missing is only the paving of the street that gives access to the condominium, it would be very interesting for them to get the pavement of the street, the good for the condominium and also for the city.

The house is beautiful! It was a wonderful stay, my husband and my dog loved it! The house is impeccable and the space is very large and all surrounded, all with a lot of privacy and silence. The equipped kitchen, with TV and air-conditioning in some of the rooms. I'm sure I'll be back soon. The host is always very kind and helpful.
