Great apartment, exactly as in the pictures. All new and clean. Well-equipped. Great location and quiet street. Matheus was super polite and attentive! We love the stay, everything perfect!

Francis' place is awesome! We found a really nice apartment even better than the photos, in a really good location, with a huge balcony where you can easily spend the entire day. The neighborhood is really nice, 2 blocks from a big supermarket, a big pharmacy and the main shopping street of Canasvieiras, and less than 2 blocks from the beach! Francis was really nice, he kept communicating and send very clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We'll definitely stay here again our next time in Florianopolis! 100% recommended

we were attended immediately, upon arrival. Faced with a setback in the stay, they quickly fixed it even though it was late. Very good hosts. The dto is comfortable and has everything you need. I recommend them!

Excellent apartment, very conveniently located just steps from the beach and a few blocks from downtown, very comfortable. The only thing it could use is an air conditioner in the living room because it's very hot for the children to sleep at night. Otherwise, it's perfect. We loved it
