House is just like in the ad and has everything that is quoted. But for not knowing the region I looted thinking it was near Pipa, and it really is, but it is 5 in dunes+ ferry or 66km of highway. Nisia Floresta which is the city that is situated the house is very beautiful and pleasant for those who want peace and quiet. Marise left all the market recommendations, and everything it needed to fuel the house. It is a space to enjoy the family and the house properly speaking. As we wanted the slightly busier nightlife we ended stay before and went to Pipa. We still enjoy the house and the wonderful pool with hydro.

I went to Guilherme’s place with my spouse after spending a week in the Center of Pipa. The difference between the places was quite big in terms of location, landscape, noise and even temperature. Guilherme’s place is super cozy and was perfect for the both of us. It was very well equipped (although an oven or air frier would have been great to make pães de queijos!), with close access to the beautiful trail that leads to Madeiro Beach, and in a very safeguarded closed condominium. Guilherme was also extremely responsive and he even managed to install a hammock in the varanda so we could chill there! Yes, the place is not really walking distance from Pipa’s Center but we easily went around by taxi and if you have a car or a motorcycle is even easier! :) We definitely miss Madeiro!

We stayed on a weekend before the weekend of Carnival. And even if normally on other Airbnb's they were more expensive, Livia's was surprisingly taken into account. Besides not knowing the place, Lívia gave us great instructions on how to get there with ease. The beach is extremely close to the house, which we even walked. The house matches exactly the photos advertised in the app. Everything very comfortable, organized and clean. We love our hosting very much and hope that in a brief future we will be able to stay there again. Recommendation: 10/10 🤍
