Monthly Rentals in Powell

We enjoyed our stay. The space was comfortable. The air conditioner worked great in this August heat. The king size bed was very comfortable. The marina was right next door. Great restaurants close in Seven Points and Gun Barrel City. Several places to fish or just enjoy the peace and quiet including the deck of the property.

Enjoyed the home! Loved the large yard in the back & it butting up to the woods. Fire pit was a good addition. Easy check-in/out with keyless entry. Hosts were responsive. House across the street from the water. Very close to beautiful homes & scenery & all in a small town.

The place looks exactly like the pictures, if not better (the view at sunset is heavenly). Kelley was one of the most hospitable hosts we have ever met and made us feel right at home. The cottage was extremely well organized with an eye for detail and beautifully curated decor. We really felt safe in the gated community and loved everything about this property (especially our furry friend). HIGHLY recommend it and definitely look forward to staying here again!
