Monthly Rentals in Powell Lake

This was our second time staying at Kim's place and once again, it was lovely. We love Carillion because the beach is beautiful and it's more peaceful than 30A proper. Kim's place is always spotless, and that bed is incredibly comfy. If you plan on cooking, there is salt and pepper (and a coffee maker), but plan to bring spices and tea/coffee. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful week !! I was so happy to be able to bring my dogs and they loved the fenced in back yard. We loved being able to walk to the beach in less than five minutes !! The house was cozy and the beds were comfortable! We can’t wait to come back !

Me and my husband enjoyed a nice valentines day weekend here. It was very quiet and quaint and close to so many beachy things!

Great weekend stay to prepare for upcoming wedding. Nice host, flexible check-in, worth the price, and great location.
