Everything perfect! Big, cosy house with a nice big balcony. Excellent communication with the owner. Easy access and strategic location for the fair. Always remains our first choice when we come to Berlin on business.

Alina was super friendly and place was very well maintained. The area was quiet and beautiful. The spa area was beautifully decorated and very clean. My boyfriend and I felt completely comfortable the weekend. Highly recommended stay.

We were my parents there with our dog. The location and amenities are great! We can also use the barbecue on the terrace and have been able to spend nice evenings there. Our personal highlight was Sauna! :) All in all, a nice and relaxing holiday in a wonderfully rural setting.

We had a great time at the apartment. The apartment is spacious, the equipment is fine, it lacks nothing. The garden is beautiful and invites you to relax. Our son was especially happy about the play equipment in the garden. The lake is just a stone's throw away. The hosts are super nice, helpful and can always come up with tips and recommendations. We will be happy to come back!

Very happy with the accommodation, the place looked even better in real life.

Spent a weekend here in October with a large group of friends (25 people). We felt totally comfortable despite the rain: the accommodation offers a lot of space (including the barn with table tennis table), and in the loft there is a very large kitchen. The yard with the fire pit is really pretty and it was fun to stay outside despite the rainy weather, for games or just to chill. The place itself is very quiet with green surroundings, and there are only short car trips to Meseberg and Gransee. Communication with Edith was straightforward, she was very friendly and pointed out everything you need at check-in.

Absolutely fantastic hosts, the best I've had. They were incredibly helpful to me. The appartement was in pristine condition, fully stocked, and had plenty of amenities. They even left a bottle of wine, which was a great touch. There was no one after me, so they allowed me to check out very late, which saved me an expense on bag storage. Finally, I forgot my glasses on the nightstand, and they were very kind in assisting me to have them mailed to my next stay. I would give Bernd and Katja 6 stars if I could, they're amazing people!

There are actually 10 stars to give. You feel right at home, it's all there as described. Very lovingly decorated, very clean, there is absolutely nothing to fault. There were even fresh tulips on the table, just with love in detail. A parking spot under the carport was also there for us. Absolute recommendation from us. Thank you for a great stay.

The place was great. Unfortunately, it was not possible to get a taxi after our cinema visit in Neuruppin. Friday evening, in a relatively large city and three taxi companies we have requested. That wasn't that nice. I think it's worth mentioning, but it has nothing to do with our host.

This is our second time that we are here, everything was great! We recommend it!

I really enjoyed staying at Anca’s place! It had everything I needed for my time in Berlin, the location was great, lots of restaurants and cafes very close. The communication with the host was very easy, and the place was clean. The only downside to this apartment was the smell of cigarettes. It was attempted to cover it up with various scented items in the apartment, but definitely still noticeable.

Flexible check in, Henry & his wife were very nice and hospitable. Great with children as they can play outside without worry. We were able to cook there and make ourselves comfortable. We were 2 children, 2 adults & one baby. We found it very comfortable.

For the second time, we spent a wonderfully relaxing week with our circle of friends (3 couples) in Marga's beautiful house. Ideal for cooking and sitting together, taking small or larger walks in the countryside or exploring Berlin. A special highlight for us is the large swimming pool and sauna - and all this for a city vacation! The house is lovingly and well equipped, the beds of very good quality. We feel comfortable here and will be happy to come back next year! Many thanks to Marga and everyone who helped us have such a good stay!

Mat takes his host job seriously with attention to detail and tidiness around the house and grounds. It’s a peaceful comfortable retreat with a bus stop close.

A great place to stay with a beautiful garden lots of nature and space for creative people. Artists are hosts here and you can tell by the beautiful furnishings of the house and the garden. Perfect for kids too. We felt very comfortable and didn't miss anything. Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing stay.

The perfect place to relax. Beautiful garden under the sky and under the roof. The parrots made us laugh with acrobatics. We recommend this place and would love to go back.

The house had 3 nice bedrooms a super well equipped kitchen, it felt home very rapidly. The open space with three dining room and living was very spacious and comfortable and the garden is very nice. The pool was a very nice addition. Depending what your plans are, keep in mind the house is about 15 minutes walk from the S-Bahn. So going in Berlin downtown can take 49-50 minutes. We ended up spending more time in the area than expected and enjoying beautiful hiking and walking spaces.

I am a Landei in Börlyn! After about 25 years of field service, it's hard to get my husband to drive away, but there was a family reason. We need an additional room, a splash option, as well as a washing machine and kitchen "just in case". We searched on AirBnB - a hotel collider was diagnosed. Ultimately, we ended up in the Sana with the beautiful pictures. Of course, we were aware that it was a "professional provider", but expected an apartment building for long-term rentals. What can we say - we were not satisfied, but simply shocked! Everything was as described! Clean, kitchen with WASHING MACHINE, bathrobes also for children, swimming pool for the urge of movement of the brood included, while mom on the lounger tries to put off the fatigue of the week. Housekeeping was on Zack, insisted on giving us water on departure - so nice! The breakfast was delicious, the coffee tasty - we will be happy to come back!
