Vacation apartment “Familiennest” in Hohenfelde/ Plön on the Baltic Sea. In a modernized farmhouse from 1910. Spacious, open-plan upper floor and attic with beautiful roof beams. Balcony view to the orchard with meadow and pond. Separate entrance / hallway, 1 bedroom for parents with double bed and crib. 2 cozy sleeping galleries under the roof with round windows, one for schoolchildren and one for 2 teenagers or young adults. Children's area can be separated by a curtain.

Kleine Heimat

A little away from the tourist strongholds of St. Peter Ording and Büsum, the Kleine Heimat is located in the heart of the march in the municipality of Oesterwurth. The 80m² apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and is located in the walls of an old cabbage barn on the rear part of a 1,500 m² plot. It has a separate entrance, a modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen, spacious dining and living area, and two bedrooms (1 large double bed + 1 bunk bed).

We offer 8 apartments of various sizes in the very city center of Cologne. All units are turn-key for tourists or business travelers who are looking for alternatives to the standardized, often impersonal hotel atmosphere. Short-term rental is also available for weekend and family guests, or trade fair exhibitors and visitors. For groups of up to 22 people, we make the whole statthaus available exclusively.

Vacation apartment on the farm

Our apartment is located on the upper floor of our farmhouse from 1935 and consists of 2 bedrooms with three beds (2x single bed, 1x king size), living room with sofa bed, dining room, kitchen and daylight bathroom with bathtub. As it is an apartment in the countryside, there is of course also one or the other fly and mosquito here. A bottle of mosquito spray is not a bad companion.

Vacation on the Mairjörg farm apartment

My place is in the beautiful Isarwinkel in Upper Bavaria, surrounded by mountains and meadows. You'll love my place because of the quiet location in the midst of our unique hedge landscape. We have an agriculture with dairy farming. Especially children love to pet the little calves and play with the cats. But it's also a good retreat for stressed couples or business travelers.

Off to the Müritz - together with friends & family

Two decks above things Owner apartments in the best harbour location with unobstructed views of the Müritz with surrounding balcony - from sunrise to sunset no sunbeam is lost. The beach in front of the door, a boat rental in the adjacent harbour, kayaking through the lakes or cycling in the Müritz National Park ... so a perfect "feel-good base".

Only minutes from the ICM Messe/Expo Center, the city center, Oktoberfest and Christmas markets by nearby bus and metro lines. Great neighborhood next to a huge park. The location is central yet very peaceful. Good for business travelers, couples, adventurers and families with kids.

Cozy old town remise

A cozy holiday home in a super central and quiet location. It is only 5 minutes walk to the train station and in the center of town. So you can end the evening relaxed with a beer or wine. Ideal for families and small groups.
