Holiday rentals with a patio in Portsmouth

Absolutely wonderful host. The experience was worth every dime spent. From enquiry to booking to check in and check out was easy. No unpleasant surprises. Regil’s apartment was absolutely perfect. It has everything you need, lightning fast Internet, air-conditioning, fans and a comfortable bed with plenty of space. it is within walking distance of shops and amenities, you can either make your way to the beach which is very close by and walk along that way or walk along the road. Just be careful to walk towards the traffic so they can see you and carry a torch at night. Unfortunately, my plans changed at the last minute so I was only able to stay a couple of nights instead of the planned five nights. This was unavoidable and Regil was in completely understanding and refunded me as per his terms and conditions. The communication was fast and easy, and even though I messed up he sorted it quickly and efficiently. Genuinely an incredibly good Airbnb experience which I was extremely grateful for.

Coffee River is a gem!! The perfect base for our family trip to Dominica. The river is an absolute dream for a swim and relaxation. The Cottage is spacious and comfortable, surrounded by lush gardens. We were able to pick starfruit from the balcony! Luna and Ayra are fabulous hosts. They were so flexible and understanding with our flight delays and provided special touches to make us comfortable, like a few extra amenities for the baby in our group. Their breakfast each day was brought up to our cottage and lovely, especially Luna's coffees - divine. The property is in a great location to access many of our favorite spots in the north of the island including Batibou and Number One beach, Bwa Nef waterfall, walks on Pagua Bay, and so much more. I'd definitely stay here with my family again. Thank you Luna & Ayra!

The view from the balcony was incredible. Many hours were spent admiring the passing rain showers, rainbows, birdlife and waves rolling onto shore. Mesmerising. The kitchen was well equiped and we enjoyed preparing our meals at home. Vegetables were simple and bought at local fruit stands on the side of the road and groceries from A&A. Highlight was visiting Tim’s goat dairy and buying fresh cheese. Just up the road from the house. Google maps will help for location. The local restaurants were good options too, plenty of choices. Thankyou Cornell for the recommendations. And a big thank you to also Clyde the housekeeper. For a relaxing, picture perfect stay, we suggest you reserve. :)

We stayed at Edens Villa to catch an early morning flight the next day. The house was very convenient for this and also well located to visit the beaches in the north part of the island. The owner was very nice with us during our check in and responsive to help us find the house. The house is spacious and located next to the main road. Rooms were quiet.

I was impressed with the house. It really felt like home away from home. The host was very respondent to any issues I have. Would stay at this place again and highly recommend it.

Picard, Dominica is situated conveniently close to Portsmouth. This property is close to the main road and local bus network. Busses cost 2 EC to Portsmouth. Several beaches close by. Everyone in the area was super friendly. Property exceeded our expectations and Angus, the local manager, was incredibly responsive. The area has suffered economically from recent storms - compounded by withdrawal of many overseas medical students from the local university. They’re slowly returning and I hope the area can thrive again. This property was perfect for our visit. 10 ppl slept here comfortably. The property was incredibly well equipped and we loved the stay. Webster was an amazing host. He took care of us throughout our stay. He set up transportation and excursions for us. He also has great bar/grill down the block. The location is right next to all the bars and grills and the private beach outside the condo is amazing. Best of all, are the people in Calibishie. They are friendly and sweet. Cannot wait to come back and will definitely stay at Webster's again!

The place was as described. If you don’t have a car it is way up on the hill. While this provides a fantastic view, it is a steep walk up. There are some restaurants nearby and the pool is a huge bonus when combined with the view.

Our stay at this Airbnb was extremely satisfying. The place was immaculately clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The host was absolutely amazing—responsive, friendly, and full of fantastic recommendations. We especially appreciated being introduced to some wonderful local restaurants and people.

Laron was very helpful when we arrived, he told us somewhere to go with wifi to wait for him so that he could take us to the apartment as it’s quite tucked away. The location was beautiful and quiet, the apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine and lines to hang our clothes which was very helpful. The guava, avocado and mango in the garden also meant breakfasts were free and delicious. Laron was extremely welcoming and made us feel at home and we’d love to stay again.

My boyfriend and I really appreciated Maya & her husband squeezing us in last minute during the holiday season! Thank you for being so flexible with check-in & getting the place ready quickly. The bed was very comfortable & we enjoyed the view & breeze from the balcony. The living room area with the desk was a great place to do some remote working, in a peaceful neighbourhood.

Frankly, a place that I recommend at 10000%. The place is clean. The friendly and attentive host. With advantages for me unique to have pool access as well as a private beach I felt ultra privileged Value for money zero fault I recommend it and I found my place for all my future vacation in Marie Galante.

Exceptional welcome, Audrey and Dominique are very welcoming people, met our needs, gave us very good advice. The place is beautiful, perfect to drop off to visit Les Saintes, go to La Souffrière, visit Petit-Bourg and the surrounding area. The accommodation is cozy, we were two couples,and the views of the sea and Les Saintes are breathtaking. We would recommend it in a second.
