Very clean, Laura responded immediately to messages, flexible in terms of check out, cozy and very neat stay, pleasantly located!

Staying at Barbara and Fernando's place was excellent! We came with a 10 month old baby. We expected a quiet and family place and it was exactly what it was. We had all breakfasts and dinners outside in the garden. There was shade in the garden in the morning and evening so you could take a break from the heat and the sun on the beach. Fernando personally greeted us and showed us around the place. He quickly answered all our questions. He also organized a crib and high chair, gave good local tips. He made us feel at home! The bedroom is large, the kitchen is enough to prepare meals. The bathroom is small. The furnishings and furniture are old, but it didn't interfere with rest. The living room is small, but we spent the whole time in the garden thanks to the good comfort. The location is great. Close to beaches, 10 to 20 minutes by car. Close to very good restaurant and supermarkets. Car is essential. Many thanks Fernando and Barbara!

Beautiful comfortable property with tremendous outdoor space for view, yoga, dining and appertivo. The kitchen was amazingly well appointed and we enjoyed cooking using local specialties and products. Salvatorina was delightful offering many great suggestions for local beaches, shops and dining. She checked in with us periodically via text which was very appreciated. Location is prime for easy navigation of north coast/northeast coast.

We spent an absolutely wonderful time at “Seaview Villa” with our extended family. The pictures really don’t do the villa justice - the house is gorgeous with lots of charme and coziness and the view and garden are simply breathtaking. In a short walk you reach a gorgeous beach with the clearest water imaginable and Porto Cervo and the surrounding area offer a nice variety for dinner and day trips. In general, it is very recommendable to have a car to get around the island. The communication with Valeria and Francesco was great, they were super helpful, nice and very easy to reach. Valeria gave us some awesome tips for trips, restaurants and shopping during our stay - thank you so much! Check-in and -out with Consuelo were also extremely nice and flexible, thanks you! We definitely hope to be back soon!
