Holiday houses in Port Wakefield

Thank you Paul for letting us stay at your place for our weekend getaway while we went to Sounds By The River. A beautiful location. The house was just as described and the amenities went above and beyond our expectations. Not to mention the generous welcome basket which was totally unexpected and well appreciated. There was nothing lacking as far as amenities went and very clean! This place was by far one of the best value for money holiday rental experiences we've had! Amazing stay! Great value and exceeded all expectations. The location was superb - beach and esplanade at your doorstep within the upmarket Grange pier locale. The cosy apartment was very well laid out and comfortable - which is impressive given it had to accommodate our young family of 5 (toddler with cot). A grassed area across the road by the beach meant you could always stretch your legs and effectively doubled as a "backyard" whenever you needed space. Lucy was fantastic to deal with and readily contactable. We also very much appreciated the generous provisions upon arrival. We'd definitely stay again. Thanks Lucy!

The house is clean and tidy, and very close to the city center. The balcony offers a panoramic view of the Adelaide Hills, which is truly refreshing to the mind and spirit. Paulo and Debora are warm and friendly, with prompt communication and responses—they are simply wonderful.

Absolutely loved our stay! The unit was even more beautiful than we imagined – so cozy and inviting. The living room had the perfect vibe for relaxing, and the deck was incredibly cozy, making it the perfect spot to unwind with nature all around. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to enjoy some peace and quiet. We were also so touched by the thoughtful treat left for us, it was such a sweet and personal touch. It really made us feel at home right away.

Beautifully appointed home - very comfortable for our group, with spacious bedrooms, 2 living areas, plus gorgeous spaces to sit outdoors and a lovely garden. Great reverse cycle air conditioning. Very quiet spot but only a short walk to the main street with cafes and restaurants. I would highly recommend Sierra Madre for a stay in the Barossa!

Amazing spot on the fringes of Glenelg. Perfect for solo travellers or a couple looking for some privacy while still within walking distance from shops and beach.

Perfect overnight place for us. The nearby large playground was great fun for our kids. The accommodation is also very near to the boat launch facility, the mangroves, and the hotel. Could easily have stayed a little longer in this 'little gem'. Russel (our host) was super responsive on any/ all queries and the accommodation is well designed, very clean and adequately spacious. Plenty of natural lighting in the open plan kitchen/ living area due to the large modern windows, but appropriate privacy from the lovely garden vegetation.

A beautiful place in a beautiful location. Our two young boys loved the place, spent all day in the pool and playing in the big open spaces available. We were greeted by Kangaroos in the morning and amazing sunsets at night. My wife and I enjoyed the riesling trail and some the local wineries and restaurants (great recommendations provided by Lucy the host) Lucy was a great host, very responsive and very clear on entry and exit requirements. An amazing place for people of all ages

This was hands down the best airbnb I have ever stayed in, I was blown away by the experience. John & Kate ensure that everything you need for a peaceful getaway is catered for. Photos don't do justice to the actual cottage itself, but what really hits next level are the amount of provisions you will find waiting for you to enjoy. Snacks, food in fridge, and fully stocked kitchen was a lovely welcome. They are also extremely helpful and friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable in every manner. Really hope to come back again. Thanks again!
