Short walk of 200m to the beach on an easy, direct path out of the back gate - great for kite surfers, and beach lovers. A 5mins(3km) bus ride into town with bus stops close by to Macrossan Street.

Absolutely wonderful week stay at Denis and Annes property. Everything was exactly as described. Clean, very comfortable and the facilities were excellent. Plenty of kitchen equipment, full washing facilities and the bathrooms were large. The beds were so comfortable! I highly recommend and we will definitely be back. On Palm Cove itself, the fishing was superb and a good variety of species to chase. The swim net was a area we used daily. Plenty of restaurants all within walking distance. I am so impressed with everything we have come across this week. Thank you to Denis and Anne for such a wonderful accommodation and allowing us to stay!

We loved our stay at Mango Lagoon. It was just what we needed. Beautiful pools, kitchen space and comfortable beds. Would have been nice to be able to look out the window with the aircon still going (louvres needs to be closed to have aircon) but that’s a small issue of preference really as we would have loved to enjoy the view and pool view while we were nice and cool inside.

We loved our stay at the Whitehouse. It’s a beautiful property. The location is perfect for all the trips and tours to the rainforest and reef. Macrossan Street is packed full of eateries from pub food to fine dining (Wrasse and Roe was superb). The pool area is great for a dip but too small for a whole chill out day with a waterbaby and with Four mile beach closed due to winds, Helen and Anthony quickly offered options of nearby hotels with day access.

We had an amazing stay at Tanya’s beautiful 4-bedroom home in Port Douglas! The house was spacious, perfect for our family of four (including two teenagers), with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Having two lounge areas was a bonus, and the kitchen was great—it had everything we needed to cook our own meals after long days out. The pool was a highlight! It was exactly like the photos—sparkling clean and so inviting. Tanya gave us some excellent recommendations for restaurants and local attractions, which we found really helpful. One of our favourite tips was to take a morning walk along the stunning 4 Mile Beach, just a short stroll down the street. The location was ideal, situated on a quiet street but only a 5-minute drive to town. We had a rental car, so it was easy to come and go, and the peaceful surroundings made it feel like a retreat. We recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-equipped home with a great pool in a quiet, convenient location. Thank you, Tanya.

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults and our young grandson. We were celebrating a significant birthday, and the house was the perfect venue for this. Our grandson loved the pool. The location is an easy walk to both Macrossan Street and other Port Douglas hot spots, as well as the beach. The house was very well equipped and had all we needed for a great family holiday. Chris and his team were very communicative and responded quickly to any requests. They made us feel welcome from the beginning. Highly recommended. We would most definitely stay again.

We had the most fantastic stay at Traveens place. We could have literally not have wished for anything to be better. We traveled with an infant and a toddler who enjoyed the pools so much, they even have a baby pool and one with different water level,so the kids could also stand at some spots. They had so much fun. Even pool and sand toys as well as books have been provided. The apartment was huge and clean and calm and tranquil and just everything we wished for. Cafes are only a 3 minute walk away, the beach perhaps 2. Just keep in mind that many cafes close at around 12 or 1 pm. That we found to be a bit unusual to us. We felt welcome and comfortable at any time during our stay and the apartment is more than well equipped and huge. We had plenty of towels, soap, and more. It's a marvelous place, which is amazing for kids of all ages. It looked even better to us in real than in the pictures. Staff can also arrange shuttle services and tours. Thanks for hosting us :-)
