Holiday rentals with beach access in Port Douglas

Great spot right in front of the beach and next to the restaurants if you want to eat out.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotlessly clean and wonderfully quiet, providing everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. It was incredibly spacious for the three of us, and the pool area was a standout—warm, with plenty of shaded spots and a BBQ area, perfect for relaxing. The other guests were delightful, friendly, and always up for a good chat! Our time here felt too short, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Our only difficulty was finding off-site lock box to retrieve key. We arrived very late at night and our shuttle driver had trouble finding the address in the dark. However once we secured the key the rest was easy, beautiful, relaxing. 2 adult couples shared the space and it all worked out great. Would recommend this place!

Port Douglas is great, and Sven's place is with easy driving access to the wharf (for reef trips), shops and the Daintree. Lovely pool, breakfasts in the morning on the deck.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Dianne’s place. The apartment was perfect for our family with two young toddlers, beautiful setting, clean, comfortable and all the extras for kids, toys, pool toys and a great outdoor spa bath. We had a lot of fun at the resort beach pool and the location in Palm Cove is perfect, by the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

As soon as we walked in the door we could tell that this was going to be a great stay........and it was. It a lovely little apartment, tastefully decorated and with everything you need. Great location straight across from the only bit of safe bathing on the beach, several good restaurants and a supermarket within a five minute walk. Shaded car parking, fast internet and very proactice and communicative hosts always ready with good advice. This is one of the best AirB&Bs we have ever stayed in.

Great place to stay for a family. The heated pool was a great temperature and it was just down a right of way to the beach. 3 bedrooms are in one area (queen, 2 singles, single plus trundle) and the master plus ensuite is down another corridor. Secure yard for kids to run around with some beach toys and balls left in the carport. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our family of eleven. Morning walks to the beach, swimming in the pool, and the sounds of the tropical birds were very enjoyable for someone from Texas. A visit to Korunda Village, Baron Falls, Four Mile Beach, and snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef were easily accessible and enjoyed by all. I would recommend this beautiful home to anybody for a wonderful holiday!

Amazing place to stay , has all the cooking things you need and more. Beautifully planned out , stunning views and a very helpful ,responsive Host . Can not recommend this Home enough ! You will not be disappointed at all!

Coral Tides was a great spot located a few minutes walk from 4-mile Beach and a 5-min drive into town. the accommodation was as described in the listing and provided all the comforts of home. I loved the private pool 😃 Ron was very responsive to messages and even accommodated flexible check-out time when our flight home was rescheduled.

What can I say but wow.!! We stayed for a week with four generations. Youngest lived in the pool the whole time and we were all able to spend time together basically living in the outside area. Such an incredible stay, spacious with aircon and the most comfortable day bed to read books on while everyone was spending time together in the covered area around the pool. Four mile beach is stunning and right on the doorstep. Loved walking the beach each day and just marvelling at where we were. Brilliant, brilliant spot and hosts were super onto it. 10/10

We had an amazing stay at Tanya’s beautiful 4-bedroom home in Port Douglas! The house was spacious, perfect for our family of four (including two teenagers), with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Having two lounge areas was a bonus, and the kitchen was great—it had everything we needed to cook our own meals after long days out. The pool was a highlight! It was exactly like the photos—sparkling clean and so inviting. Tanya gave us some excellent recommendations for restaurants and local attractions, which we found really helpful. One of our favourite tips was to take a morning walk along the stunning 4 Mile Beach, just a short stroll down the street. The location was ideal, situated on a quiet street but only a 5-minute drive to town. We had a rental car, so it was easy to come and go, and the peaceful surroundings made it feel like a retreat. We recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-equipped home with a great pool in a quiet, convenient location. Thank you, Tanya.

Palm cove is the perfect location for a holiday. Peter and Satina apartment is the perfect place to stay ground floor access to pool and all amenities. We will return.

A sprawling home with great views. Kitchen was fabulous. The bedrooms and bathrooms were top notch. The patio area had comfortable seating. Even though the place is a part of a small group of apartments, it felt totally private. Covered car park was a bonus. Hosts are super responsive and helpful. One reaches the place through two flights of narrow stairs. It may be difficult to carry large luggage or if you have mobility issues. Otherwise this is a dream vacation home

We stayed for a few days and wish we stayed longer in the area. This place has a lot of amenities included and while we didn’t make much use it’s nice that they are there. Walkable restaurants nearby, beach as well. We would come back for sure.

Beautiful place, with everything you need for a great stay, water front, air conditioning, smart TVs, large kitchen, updated set up, lovely master bedroom and ensuite, just a 2 min walk to the beach from its own backyard. Beautiful big pool in the complex. Everything sparkling clean inside and outside. It is the second time we stayed there and we already booked for next year. Thank you Jonny!

Paul's unit is in a perfect location. We canceled our car rental because everything is very walkable. Great restaurants, markets, shopping, and activities in the area. The balcony has a beautiful view of the esplanade. Loved hanging out at dusk watching the fruit bats. We will stay here again if we return to Cairns for a holiday! Recommend Passions of Paradise for snorkel/dive coral reef. Great staff and a wonderful boat! Thanks, Paul!

it is a good accomodation in Cairns ever. if i have chance to go back Cairns i defintely stay in this place rather than wasting tine chasing somewhere else 😀

Accomodation was beautiful! Perfect little spot, very close to the Main Street - walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here and would 100% come back again!
