Fantastic stay over New Years Eve the cottage is so close to the centre of everything in llangollen. Its beautifully designed with a modern twist. Siobhan was great at communicating with us and gave us some great reccys for local pubs to celebrate 🥳 Looking forward to our next stay. Thanks for the arrival gifts such a compliment to our stay. ps she left put some palking permits which was very helpful.

Lovely place! We spent 3 nights here over new year and would highly recommend it. Amazing views and walks from the doorstep (hidden waterfalls were a gem!). The weather was unpredictable (high winds, heavy rain, then ice) but Richard’s communication with us was excellent - even before we arrived he contacted us to warn us of the bad weather and advised us to arrive earlier than planned so we weren’t travelling in the dark (the cottage is up a steep hill - easy to find when you have the directions, but I’m very glad we arrived in daylight!). There was snow on the day we left, and Richard kindly gritted the path so we could leave early. Mobile phone reception and WiFi was a bit patchy at times, but the cottage was clean, warm and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and constant hot water. The log burner provided extra warmth in the evenings. There’s so much to see and do in the area, I wish we’d stayed longer! Would definitely come back again.

First ever stay over in Llangollen and it won’t be our last. Fabulous host quick response to any questions. Ideally equipped with everything you could possibly need. Absolutely spotless lovely big comfortable bed. Such a lovely welcoming touch with a sponge cake and bar of chocolate left out for us. Only a five minute walk to an array of wonderful restaurants pubs and cafes. Would 100 % recommend a visit. Will be back again next year . Thanks James for a memorable experience 👍

Absolutely wonderful hosts! Very accommodating and friendly. The place is so beautiful and an idillic setting for a romantic getaway.
