The house has an excellent location, in the center of the city and everything is in walking distance. Just consider that 14th Street on the corner of 53rd Street can be a bit noisy and this can disturb those who sleep in the front bedroom. On the other hand, the only area of ​​opportunity in the house is the fans, because 2 of them had poor lighting, everything else worked perfectly.
