Beautiful and private villa

The apartment is very nice, located in the middle of the old town and has a small, wonderful terrace that is cool and quiet like a magnificent oasis in summer. The apartment is really very nicely decorated, modern and there is everything you need to be happy. Warm thanks to Alessandra!

We enjoyed our week here, the view of the sea alone is amazing. Great terrace, nice modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Gianfra was very kind and helpful!

Rustic very spacious studio, with garden and barbecue, fireplace and wood-burning stove, very comfortable bed, well-equipped and large kitchen. The house is located in the countryside, in a small complex of villas, very quiet and very close to the village of Suvereto, as well as one minute from a dairy with excellent products (Deiola). The only point of attention is the heating in winter: given the width of the house, in the winter months it is not enough to only turn on the air conditioner, but you also have to access the stove for a few hours. With a couple of hours of stove on, it's great in January too. We appreciated the availability of the wood.

Villa Tina in Capoliveri exceeded our expectations. Well-maintained house, good and tasteful furnishings, a small paradise. We enjoyed it very much and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Very nice apartment with sea view and a comfortable terrace, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners living on the upper floor of the house are very nice and give helpful advices.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Our stay was really pleasant, the hosts are always available for any clarification or need, and the surrounding area is very quiet and perfect for a stay outside of the chaos of the city, but still a short distance from the main amenities. See you next time!

Great location and outdoor space! We especially liked the pool, the view, that there were several seating groups and the proximity to the city center. 10/10 Indoors it was ok, so for us it was the outdoor area that made the holiday brilliant! We would gladly came back.

This spacious and stylish house has an unimaginably beautiful location. 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with private and two with shared toilet/bathroom, partly with balcony. 1 room downstairs with private toilet/bathroom and another room with 2 beds with access from the kitchen. We only used this room as a pantry - the kitchen is not particularly large, especially the work surfaces are very small. But it has everything you'll need. Large common rooms, with possibility to fire up the fireplace. Well-functioning gas grill with iron plate outside, two covered seats, two sun decks, rather small pool with great views, laundry room and large forecourt. The driveway is a bit adventurous - I don't know if our sprinter would have mastered the steep dirt road without 4x4. In Magazzini there is an extremely good diving school (Unica Diving) and a good restaurant. Shopping 5 min by car, 15 min to Portoferraio. Very good communication with landlord and Sergio comes immediately!

Very quiet house, very spacious and comfortable. Pool very clean and we were always there alone. Two beaches are within easy reach with a half-hour walk, the others are very short distance. Capoliveri is within 20 min walking distance. Overall, a very relaxed and relaxing stay. Thanks to Lauro

Staying with Elena was special. The location offered a lot of tranquility with a great view of the sea. The style and coolness of the house in the summer, the shaded and lounge-like places outside offered almost a kind of club atmosphere. The "price" is about a 20-minute walk to the port of Porto Azurs.

Comfortable house, air conditioning, with a nice outdoor veranda for breakfast and dinner. Good quiet location in the countryside outside the hustle and bustle of the towns and beaches but close to both the north and south coast of the island. The friendly and receptive host lent us the cell phone charger we had forgotten. Have a great stay. All good

A short but intense vacation also thanks to the proposals offered by Marciana Marina and the Island of Elba in general : bike paths, hiking, beautiful sea to explore by kayak which is what I did but there is much more. Thank you for the pleasant hospitality The apartment is very quietly located and yet you are in a few minutes in the lively village with all amenities and in 5 minutes on foot on the beach. The apartment has everything you need. We liked the fact that we were able to arrive by public transport. We will be happy to come back.

It was our second time at Giselle’s beautiful house. We are in love with the view, almost private beach and the patio outside. Giselle, her husband and daughter are very kind and you feel welcome.

Clean and very apartment in a quiet area, in 10 minutes you are at the beach of Marina di Campo, possibility of renting bicycles directly from the host. The hosts are very helpful and super efficient. Highly recommended.
