We really enjoyed our stay at Alessandra's house. The house is absolutely private and has everything you need. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating and at the same time very discreet. You're also completely on your own in the garden. A real, very qualitative retreat.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Isabella is a nice and helpful person, she welcomed us to her beautiful villa and immediately put us at ease. Great tips on places to visit and where to eat. The accommodation has all the comforts, beautiful salt pool, unfortunately not available since the season has not yet started. I'll definitely be back, thanks for everything Isabella!

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Great place with a great terrace! Gianfrancesco is very helpful and easily accessible. It was a relaxed and nice stay - happy to come back!

Staying at Tania’s place was great! The location close to the beach was perfect. Tania and the family were friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean. Recommendable!

Beautiful house. Wonderful place. Beautiful sea. My dogs had a great time! Me too, in relax mode. It's the perfect place. Pine forest behind, sea in front! Everything was perfect.

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

Victoria is a very nice and hard-working hostess. We felt very comfortable there. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and was very cozy. The terrace with garden was very pleasant. Our dog also liked it there. We were also able to have a barbecue with the provided gas grill. The place is highly recommended!! Kind regards

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

A short but intense vacation also thanks to the proposals offered by Marciana Marina and the Island of Elba in general : bike paths, hiking, beautiful sea to explore by kayak which is what I did but there is much more. We spent a night at this place in downtown Piombino. The house is very well cared for and clean. There is a pizzeria where we had dinner. But what made our stay really special was the hospitality and availability from Sandra, who, given the possibility of canceling the ferry, allowed us to notify you with short notice to keep the place an extra night. Communication was impeccable, from quick answers to our questions to the kindness of leaving us all the time to handle the unexpected. If you're looking for a place to stay where you're comfortable, this is the place.

We loved this location. The apartment has everything you need and the patio is amazing. Restful with a view between the mountains and the ocean. The sun comes out by day and on the terrace you can have dinner at sunset. Very nice contact with Doutsen who was so kind and picked us up and drove us to the bus. Recommend a few days here!

We had a wonderful vacation: Elba is a real paradise! With its thousand colors it enchanted us and we plan to return, when possible , always in Marzia's lovely little apartment. Located in the center of Rio dell 'Elba - so convenient for amenities - but it is quiet and has allowed us to spend a restful and regenerating vacation. It is well equipped and extremely clean and tidy. Marzia is an impeccable host: caring and very willing to support us with information and tips.

Andrea and Emmanuel are great hosts. They're on hand to help if you need them. They were very helpful to us. We highly recommend the place, with a car you have access to lots of places and street parking is easy. Close to beaches and historic places. A peaceful place.

Crazy location. It's totally downtown. The accommodation is in the pedestrian part of San Vincenzo but the parking lots are convenient and a two-minute walk away. And even if the house is in the center, it is not affected by the noise of people. On the contrary. The house is nice and functional. Not too noticeable things: having stayed at the beginning of September, the rail traffic increases and in the master bedroom you can hear it quite a bit. Until 1/9 the passages were significantly reduced. The shower drains badly, too bad. But it's a simple problem to solve. The bathroom is in the center of the apartment and is windowless. There is a fan for air exchange but it is not always enough, especially if there are many guests. But the apartment really lacks nothing and Massimo is super-available for everything.

Quiet place and close to supermarkets, even on foot you can reach any place with a maximum of halfanhour of walking, very nice and well furnished house

Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

We had a nice stay at Diego’s apartment, which is located so close to the beach that you can hear the waves from the backside of the house. We enjoyed the beach, which had crystal clear water as well as the many gelato places around. The apartment itself is well equipped, is simple but functional and has a nice garden. Diego and his family are very friendly and we felt at home quickly.

Mimmo was a great host, he showed us a very good restaurant, was always available and very helpful. The apartment was perfect, we felt very much at home. Only people with a light sleep I would advise against it, as you hear a lot (from the street, birds, ...). Otherwise I highly recommend the apartment:)

Maria was the perfect host. She picked us up from the train and dropped us back when leaving and was always available if needed. Her apartment is beautiful, absolutely spotless and very well equipped… we even had a first aid kit and sewing kit. It’s a very spacious apartment and the beds were soooo comfortable . Two minutes from the beach with miles and miles of beach to walk, which we did every morning and watched the sunset in the evenings. A bit further away is the centre, approximately 15mins walk. Many lovely shops and restaurants there. But closer to the apartment was our favourite restaurant, the Mum and Dad restaurant (cute name) . We had two balconies which we used frequently to chill out and read. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Silvia's apartment in the heart of the old town of Porto Azzurro more than met our expectations. The apartment is centrally located and traffic-calmed, but you can park and unload briefly in front of the house. You have many great restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is in a beautiful old building, is beautifully renovated and furnished. It is bright, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great kitchen, is very, very clean and has everything ready for a good stay. There is a washing machine available, which was very helpful to us. Communication with Silvia was very warm, proactive and there is also a lot of useful information on an info board in the apartment. From our perspective, there was absolutely nothing that was not great about this apartment and we would come back any time. Thank you, dear Silvia!

Had a wonderful time. Leonardo is a great host, we had a very good communication. The location directly at the sea is unbeatable. The flat is off course not big, but well equipped and even with two adults and two kids not too small either (and there is plenty of space outside).
