Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Poljane

Our time at Branko's Casa Piano was very nice. Branko (the owner) lives next door and was very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. He gave us great tips about restaurants and events nearby. Were absolutely satisfied and can only recommend it to everyone. You have your peace there, it is a bit remote in a small village but perfect for relaxing and the nearest larger city labin are also only about 10 to 15 minutes away by car. All in all just great stay.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

The villa is fantastic and in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded instantly to our communications. We haven’t visited Istria before and we loved the area. Will definitely be back.

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The villa is a peaceful retreat with stunning views that are truly breathtaking. We had a absolutely amazing holidays with my family of 11 ( 6 adults and 5 kids age of 4,8,11,11,15) All 4 The apartments are great and very clean with all necessary accessories (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge air conditioning and more). The accommodation is pretty spacious and comfortable with amazing Patio. What we loved is the fact that we were all together in one Villa but we all had own space too. 
 We also enjoyed spending time in the pool. Kids had the best time ever! 
 The nearest large supermarket is a 15 minute drive and closest beach 8 minutes drive. The contact with Eda and her husband is very good, they will help with everything. Such a lovely and kind people! 
 There were parking spaces in front of the villa too. 
 We had an amazing time and would ABSOLUTELY recommend it to anyone! My all family had best time ever!

We enjoyed the stay very much! The house is really wonderful, very spacious for 8 people and great restored! Especially the natural stone floor on the ground floor is a real treat in summer when the temperatures are warm! The house is very well equipped and sparkling clean! Highly recommended!

We were received very kindly by Alex and Igor. There were plans of the area with tips on restaurants and places to visit. The apartment was very clean and conveniently furnished. The place Valbandon is very small, but there is a very good restaurant (Rosignol) a few meters away. Since we were there out of season (end of September/beginning of October) we can't say what else is going on in Valbandon. For us, the tranquility was just right. However, a car is recommended if you want to see something of the beautiful region. We felt completely comfortable.

Excellent accommodation.. And our host Samira was so kind and welcoming, the apartment had great welcoming decore and special treats , like fruit, juice, , coffee, tea and cookies .. do not hesitate to book. :))Carina :))

the apartment is on the first floor of a building. The hosts live above but let you stay in complete privacy. Very available and quick to communicate. The apartment was clean and very close to the arena. The apartment had all the necessary services (kitchen utensils, towels, blankets). Positive experience.

We will definitely stay at Patricia's place - everything was well furnished, clean, filled with useful household supplies. There was nothing superfluous in the apartment - a comfortable double bed, a sofa, even a sea view from the balcony. It was convenient to live, cook. Patricia recommended great places to visit, was always available and answered any questions, although there were almost none. The sea was very close, with a great pine park, cafes, tennis courts and large shopping centers where you can find everything in 7 minutes. Someone may be confused by the nearby ancient cemetery, but it is not at all visible from the windows and if I had not looked at the map, I would not have known about it:)) We had a great time! We recommend Patricia and her wonderful apartment to everyone🤍

The apartment we liked very much. It was well appointed, very clean and well air-conditioned. Host was super nice, always helpful and reachable 24 hours. Robust loose check-in and check-out. I'd love to come back.

We stayed for two weeks in the house as a family and we highly recommend it to all! It is fully equipped with everything you may need as a family, to have a very comfortable stay! It has two very spacious bedrooms and very good facilities for laundry and meal preparation. The location is fantastic in the old town of Koper and everything is a short walk away to explore as well as bus and taxi station just a few minutes away! The house was super clean and fully ready for us when we arrived and the hosts welcomed us in the best possible way! Overall a great find and we hope to stay again when we next visit Koper!

A perfect base in a seaside resort. You are just outside the hustle and bustle, so sleep peacefully. But within walking distance of the boulevard. The apartment is sparkling clean, has neat amenities and air conditioning. Nothing to say. Mihaela received us personally and was most friendly.

Viktorija and her husband have always been very kind and welcoming. Beli is a village of the past and I fell in love with the second beach of the village, quiet and surrounded by nature. The place is thoughtfully furnished and very functional. The apartments are located in the highest house in the country just above the Pension Tramontana. My husband took a couple of dives and had a great time with Diving on the beach. If you want to eat at home, I recommend shopping at the Plodine di Cres before you arrive, but the small shop near the beach is still well-stocked.

We spent 1 week in this beautiful accommodation and hope to come back soon. The proximity to several very nice beaches, restaurants, bakery, small market...is perfect (walking distance). Other destinations can easily be reached after a short drive by car. The apartment is lovingly decorated, so you feel very comfortable. Everything matched the description. The garden is now a bit wild, but you can find some turtles. Goran is a very enjoyable and helpful host. We loved it!

Had a wonderful time even with almost zero temperature and gusty winds. Easy to find, very close to mall and restaurants. Host was excellent to ensure all my needs were met!

Marina and her entire family were very welcoming hosts. Helpful and friendly, while not tinging. The apartment is very well equipped, enough kitchen utensils for your own cooking. Beautiful cozy garden with trees, lots of natural shade. We spent a lot of time in the garden.

Great apartment, 10/10! Quiet and safe neighborhood, beach is in walkable distance, bakery is in 5 min walk. The apartment is very clean, spacious, has all the amenities (AC was a life saver in this August heat). The host is very attentive, immediately reacted to our requests. Real gem for this price!
