The house is very nice and tidy, the location is great,close to all attractions within 10 minutes. In snowy times, you can also enjoy sledding and winter joys in front of the house and the nearby Mukinje sledding area at about 10 minutes away. The host, Ivana, is super helpful and responsive. And a domestic dog who is always guarding the house and guests.

Beautiful place, beautiful view of the bay, very nice and communicative host. The water in the bay is very clean and clear, it's a good idea to bring a swimming mask, under the water surface you will encounter a lot of fish. A beach made of small pebbles is clean and well-maintained. The tap water is not drinkable (due to the salty taste), but hosts easily provide good water. We were with a small dog, which was no problem in the hosts building. However, you should know that there are signs at the entrance to the beach that prohibit dogs, but with reasonable care, no one pays attention to them, so it's not a problem either. Getting to the bay can be quite difficult for not very good drivers, the roads to Hvar are winding, sloping and often unsecured. However, it will be a great adventure for people who like to drive. In summary: I would definitely recommend this place and the host, choosing an apartment here you will get beautiful views, silence and unforgettable experience.

The stay was nice, the house is really small but sufficient for two. Beautiful garden. Hostess was always easily accessible. The way to the beach is a little further than expected.

We have spent wonderful time in this cozy, comfortable place. The house is located in very peaceful area with stunning view to the mountains. I highly recommend it to anyone who is seeking relax.

Such a lovely and beautiful place. The garden is green and peaceful and Tanja her mother is lovely. She really made us feel at home.

We had a great experience with Damir and his sister as the host. The place is amazing, very quiet, beautiful around, lovely local restaurants. The apartment itself was great. Despite the sudden temperature drop it was warm and cosy inside. It felt as if we were at home. We had a big terrace with an amazing view and sunsets. The swimming pool was always clean. There are sunbeds and umbrellas, everything you need for a great vocation. Our children are already asking us to come back, it says a lot....)))

BEST LOCATION. The apartment is at the entrance of the bridge that leads you to the old Town, the only thing to visit in Zara. The apartment has lots of space and light. Tamara has at your disposal more than you would ever need. The closets had old drawers difficult to open but you have more than enough room to store all you need. We went every night to enjoy the sea organ's music. The ambiente of the old city is very magical. We would like to come back to Zara and we'll surely return to Tamara's place!

We had a very pleasant 5 nights stay, the appartement is located in a quiet residential area with lot of stores around. Full kitchen, nice modern bathroom, very clean and comfy rooms. Building is very easy to access. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the local bus or Uber made it really easy to go on other cities nearby, or you can take a nice walk right to the beach! Mirjana and her family are very warm persons, wou will be welcomed with homemade cookies, products in the fridge and fruits from the garden. Sometimes when you come back home you will find some sweets in front of your door! We recommend this experience with a well deserved 5 stars 🌟

Although we were only here for one night, we loved our stay! Easily walkable to the city center and the bus/ferry terminals and clear communication with checking in. The balcony was also a huge plus to hang out and enjoy the views in the evening. Would definitely recommend Ivana’s place!

Meri's apartment is a great choice for staying in Zadar! The apartment is located in a family house, so we felt very welcome, and the atmosphere was friendly. :) The apartment description is accurate; we had everything we needed, and everything was clean. You can easily park in a private space right in front of the house, and the grocery store is located within a short walkable distance. Communication with Meri was perfect, and there was no problem. I highly recommend this place. :)

We will definitely stay at Patricia's place - everything was well furnished, clean, filled with useful household supplies. There was nothing superfluous in the apartment - a comfortable double bed, a sofa, even a sea view from the balcony. It was convenient to live, cook. Patricia recommended great places to visit, was always available and answered any questions, although there were almost none. The sea was very close, with a great pine park, cafes, tennis courts and large shopping centers where you can find everything in 7 minutes. Someone may be confused by the nearby ancient cemetery, but it is not at all visible from the windows and if I had not looked at the map, I would not have known about it:)) We had a great time! We recommend Patricia and her wonderful apartment to everyone🤍

We were pleasantly surprised as the place is even nicer than the pictures. Great location about 1km from the city center with nice beaches just a 2 minute walk away. Grocery store just around the corner as well. Very clean place and the hosts were very welcoming and responsive to messages. Only issue is the wifi was very weak in the bedroom, but for such a short stay it was the least of our issues. Would highly recommend.

Very nice host, apartment looks very good, nice private terrace, 5 min walk to the city centre. She gave us some good tips for lunch and dining. We cannot think of anything negative.

Location was close to Old Town (10 minute walk). Safe area, good restaurants, bus station and grocery store near by.

The stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Dragana was always very helpful, for any need or advice, the response was always timely. The apartment had just been cleaned upon our arrival, the kitchen and the premises were equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was the setting for countless sunset dinners. The first beach was about a three-minute bike ride away, while the old town was about fifteen minutes away. Supermarkets were easily accessible both by bike and on foot. top furnished and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on the premises, we were able to park ebikes in the house. Only a few minutes walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly point of contact! For us, it was "the best place to be" in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

We stayed a month at Ivan's place. While it's a bit far from the old town, it's a great place for longer stays. The house is spacious and comfortable. The bed is good. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. The only exception was a microwave (wasn't listed, so no surprise). However, when I asked Ivan if we could get one, he gave us a new microwave the next day. Amazing! Ivan is a great host. He responded fast and helped whenever we needed. The internet is superfast, very good for work. The house has a desk, which was okay. However, the char is not like in the listing and uncomfortable, we couldn't use. Our overall experience was great. Recommended place.

A lovely place to stay just inland from the busier sea front but still only a few minutes walk to the beach. Natalia gave us a great recommendation for a wonderful swimming spot on the island. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic view from the balcony - better than watching TV! Lovely swimming pool. A steep walk from the beach - but so is everywhere near here!. A great location in a lovely authentic village - all amenties nearby. I'd recommend the local fish restaurant too!!
