Very nice stay in this apartment. Ideally located for a weekend in Saint Malo. Parking is a big plus given the very complicated parking in the city. The apartment was well equipped and spacious enough for 2 people. I would definitely recommend this property to discover Saint Malo. True to description and photos.

Visiting for the family weekend in St Malo, we enjoyed our stay in this very well-equipped, clean and atypical industrial style loft. Comfortable bedding, mezzanine for two children with original style, very fun for them. Fully equipped kitchen, lnduciton plate and aspiring host. We enjoyed the central island to eat with the family in front of the TV. The huge glass window brings a lot of natural light, which is also very nice. A parking space in front of the loft, in a very quiet private residence. 5 mins to the beach by car. Quick access to St Malo, where we went to visit the intramural ramparts. I would recommend this place for a family of up to 2 children. Very responsive host, very kind and good tips for visits.
