Holiday rentals with a pool in Point Loma, San Diego

Our son and his family visited from Boise ID forthe Xmas holidays. Brenda's home is everything nice that other reviewers have described. Her property is conveniently located, spacious, clean, comfortable and well maintained. Brenda has mastered the art of hosting. She is an accommodating and intuitive host who is obviously committed to providing the best possible experience for her guests. Our son requested that we communicate his compliments and appreciation for a wonderful stay.

The overall experience from communication from Kyle, the house, and location were amazing! We could have not found a better house to call home for a week. If we are back in the area again we will be sure to stay here! Thank you, Kyle! It was a pleasure.

My group had an amazing time in KC’s home. It was gorgeous and very comfortable accommodations. KC was responsive and helpful whenever I needed to reach him. The kitchen was well equipped and the house in general had luxurious upgrades. The neighborhood was quiet and spacious for California. My group had 4 cars and the driveway fit everyone comfortably. No one was blocking anyone in. The master shower is a dream with two shower heads. The adhesive on the wall to maintain the door in place kept falling due to humidity but we simple just rubbed it back in place a few times a day. The 4th bedroom off the kitchen is smaller than the others and has a sliding door with glass portions so it’s not private. This was the only thing we wished was disclosed prior to staying since we had couples in each room and would’ve preferred everyone have equal privacy. Other than that we would absolutely stay in KC’s home again when visiting the SD area.

House is great. Very clean and great vibe. We had an amazing time. There isn't much you can walk to, so that was only down side. But house was so comfy that we had no issue staying in. Would definitely recommend and would even go back.

Linar was a wonderful host who was extremely empathetic to our situation (we had to evacuate due to the LA fires). Linar accommodated to our every need and also offered a discount due to our hardship. Hosts like Linar really make Airbnb stand out and make one realize the greatness in community. The space was homely and a great respite from the chaos of wildfires. 10/10 recommend to stay with Linar.

The girls loved the house and stated they had no complaints, from booking to the arrival and the speedy responses from the host and co-host. 10/10 recommend, will definitely want to book again.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful San Diego home! It has a great view from the front patio and the living room. We loved the grill to BBQ for dinners. We also loved the open space going from the kitchen, the dining area, to the living room. The kids loved the second living room because it had an old school standup arcade with many games to choose from and another TV. They hung out here to draw and play card/board games we brought as well. The pool and spa were super clean and clear. It was very easy to use the hot tub/spa with their app and directions. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen provided us with every cookware and bakeware possible. It is close to the supermarket, with many coffee shops and restaurants nearby for the times we just wanted to pick up food. If we had questions, the hosts were quick to respond. Overall, the house provided everything we needed with the comforts of home and making new memories. Thank you!

Our family of 4 had a great stay here. We loved the pool. It even has a deep end! Very quiet neighborhood. Close to groceries. Would highly recommend.

Maria was always available when I needed to speak to speak to her. She is a warm and professional person. The place was just beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. Parking was easy. The ocean view was magical.The place was quiet and restful. We are coming back in May for my birthday. I can’t wait to return. It is the ideal spot to vacation. I would recommend anyone to schedule a vacation with Maria.

We loved our stay here! We would absolutely book again in the future. The apartment itself was nicely kept. The walking distance to Starbucks and food places was great! Only thing to add is the parking space/parking lot is small so if you have a truck you may have to park on the street.

This was a wonderful home away from home, with everything just as described in the listing. Communication was excellent. Jen provided detailed, easy-to-follow instructions, with photos, on how to find the unit and parking. She also checked in the day after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed in the unit (we did!). Even though we were there over the Christmas holiday, Jen was available and responsive. We stayed just under a week, cooked almost every day, & found the kitchen well-equipped. The beds—even the little pullout bed—were all very comfortable. The laundry room was nearby and easy to use. It was great to have access to bus lines & be close to a Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Ralph’s. We would definitely come back to this lovely Airbnb.

So glad we booked this spot. Karina, Fabian, et al. are by far the most responsive hosts I've ever booked with, always responding to me within minutes. They were incredibly flexible, as I booked at nearly midnight when we were planning to arrive the next day, and they made space for us to have a very early check-in to accommodate young toddlers who needed naps. Me and my friend were getting away from the LA fires as the air quality in our neighborhoods was not safe for little ones, and Karina not only gave us a compassionate discount, she left us pastries and a very touching note on the table as we arrived. While I was a little skeptical of the lack of curb appeal of the place when I first arrived, the apartment itself is adorable (and as pictured) with everything we needed for a cozy stay. The neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood was quiet, and we felt very safe. It was a quick drive to all the places we wanted to go, and the toys and games kept our kids entertained. Thanks!

Our stay was wonderful. You already know from the pictures that the view is amazing, but in person it’s even better. The location was excellent - within walking distance of grocery stores, clothes shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, coffee shops, etc. The apartment was bigger than it appeared in the pictures. It was very clean and stocked with plenty of pillows, towels, and toilet paper. We were greeted with a delightful plate of fresh fruit. Great place in an excellent location.

Steven is a fantastic host! We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful area very much! We even hiked with goats at sunset one day and what a treat! A great adventure and beautiful weather all week!!

This home was the perfect home away from home for our family getaway to San Diego! The location was central to so much and the views were stunning! The house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a hit with our kids too! Stephanie and Ariel were friendly and helpful, the best hosts! Highly recommend this host! We are a family of three and truly enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient, has an upscale feel, and boasts a pleasant view of the bay from the balcony. The home was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the ease of entering the home and the prompt responses from the host whenever we had a question. We especially enjoyed the kitchen appliances, layout of the unit, and thoughtful amenities/accessories which allowed us to save on expenses by eating-in and planning our meals out. The neighborhood is safe and we felt secure in the home. The host was proactive in making sure it met our needs and ensuring the pool was ready for our stay. The pool was quite warm and kept clean. This is a home we'd certainly consider renting again. The furniture in the living room is a bit worn, but quite comfortable, and there are TVs throughout. WiFi was easy to connect with and all instructions are clear and easy to follow. Don't miss out on this one!

This was the perfect place, a roomy and well stocked home for our family! It was clean and comfortable and had a lot of both indoor and outdoor games. We appreciated that all bedrooms were connected to a bathroom. The backyard was another wonderful living space, I only wish we would have had time to utilize the pool! The holiday dog with lights in the entry way was adorable and a fun welcome when we walked in. The owner was proactive in contacting me prior to check in and provided the code and any home instructions to me via text. We would definitely stay in this home again if we are in the area.

We just returned from our holiday trip to La Jolla and it was great! The house was homely, spacious and well equipped. The neighborhood was private and quiet and easy to get to. Centrally located close to all the attractions with easy freeway access, Although we did not use the pool or hot tub it looked awesome! Thank you Richard and Pel for sharing your home with us.
