Amazing place to stay while visiting San Diego, so close to everything and no worry about parking. Walkability and peacefulness were great!

We loved our stay here! We would absolutely book again in the future. The apartment itself was nicely kept. The walking distance to Starbucks and food places was great! Only thing to add is the parking space/parking lot is small so if you have a truck you may have to park on the street.

Great location and great property. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Pacific beach is very close and we found the walk the best part of the stay. Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend some time in this beautiful property

In a very nice area. Easy to find easy to walk to the beach. Not far from restaurants. The unit is as described. Is small but doable for a couple or solo traveler even with a dog. Sofa could use replacing but otherwise is very nice. Would recommend

Fantastic stay in a perfect location!
This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more. The location is ideal—just steps away from the beach and bay, making it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds. Ashwini, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She was very responsive and checked in on us to ensure everything was going well. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks left for us upon arrival. There was a minor issue with the door, but Ashwini quickly resolved it, so it didn’t affect our stay. Highly recommend this spot and would definitely stay again

My husband and I loved our stay here! It was cute, cozy, everything was as it was described, and it was very clean! The location was great, and we felt very safe. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in Coronado!

It is a beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. The Sunsets are especially spectacular! Watching surfers meditatively floating and playing in the ocean too is a real treat. It is wonderful to walk on the beach. These leisurely walks filled our hearts with joy and quietude. The kitchen has the basic cooking utensils and serving ware. The kitchen pantry is not equipped with any food ingredients like cooking oils, salt, tea/coffee etc. Once equipped, cooking is a pleasure. The coin laundry washer and dryer facility is on the ground floor. The beds are comfortable and so is the large lounging sofa in the living room. It is a safe, quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. Anissa’s list of restaurant recommendations is wonderful to explore. Anissa is most responsive and prompt to all querries. We loved our stay! Thank you.

Carl’s place was perfect for our family getaway to San Diego. The location was amazing — literally a 30 second walk to the beach and you can smell the ocean when you step out the front door. His place was fully stocked and comfortable and the kids loved using the boogie boards - even in January! We would definitely return.

Fabulous stay in the studio. Everything as described and all the furnishings were high end and seemed brand new. We loved the bikes as there are great trails a minute away! The beach chairs were top end and the walk to the beach was literally 2 minutes. Great hosts. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

This place was fantastic! There is so much living space for a 1 bedroom. The location is next to many restaurants and bars. Also close to the Embarcadero with just a short 5 minute drive. Ryan was fabulous with helping us to check-in and was so communicative. I would 100% stay there again on my next trip to San Diego.

We met with friends to tour San Diego. The property we set up great. We did cook breakfast and supper there. Ample cooking tools and even some staples supplied. The location was great walking distance to the water front. But the uphill home was tough but even my old knees made it. As described the planes flew overhead. But really was that bad. And truly my husband loved it. Great, homey space. We will definitely book again if we have the chance. Thank you for sharing your property.

So glad we booked this spot. Karina, Fabian, et al. are by far the most responsive hosts I've ever booked with, always responding to me within minutes. They were incredibly flexible, as I booked at nearly midnight when we were planning to arrive the next day, and they made space for us to have a very early check-in to accommodate young toddlers who needed naps. Me and my friend were getting away from the LA fires as the air quality in our neighborhoods was not safe for little ones, and Karina not only gave us a compassionate discount, she left us pastries and a very touching note on the table as we arrived. While I was a little skeptical of the lack of curb appeal of the place when I first arrived, the apartment itself is adorable (and as pictured) with everything we needed for a cozy stay. The neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood was quiet, and we felt very safe. It was a quick drive to all the places we wanted to go, and the toys and games kept our kids entertained. Thanks!

Very clean and well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. The only issue we had was with the garage. Given wrong code initially, and confusion regarding which garage was ours to use. We also could not park on the garage due to neighbor being illegally parked and blocking entry. We were very happy with the location and cleanliness of the home!

We had a great stay, wonderful views, it was very spacious inside, and walking distance to the ocean, and restaurants/groceries. It was as advertised

Judith made the whole process seamless, from check-in to check-out. The space was perfect for our needs and centrally located for all of our planned activities. We would definitely book this space again when we visit San Diego. An added bonus was early check-in. The only recommendation would be a small trash container in the bathroom. Otherwise, the kitchen and bathroom were well appointed with everything we might need.

The jacuzzi and pool are a great perk. The parking spot is super nice to have. We felt like there was enough space to work.

Extremely kind, responsive, and communicative host. I was displaced due to the LA fires and was completely disorganized and out of sorts. The host was understanding and so helpful. They went out of their way to offer assistance. 5/5 recommend staying with them. Location of the property was also very walkable and the people in the condo complex were nice and friendly. The condo complex also felt very safe as entrances and parking was all gated

great location with a beautiful view! parking was surprisingly easy to find while we were there. martha was friendly and checked in when weather was bad to make sure we were okay, which was very nice. overall a wonderful stay!

All went well and was easy😁 Great shower, bed, and space! We didn’t actually meet our host, but she was fast and very helpful with messages. I must admit that I am new to Air B&B and 82 yrs old. So I had some learning to do. My wife and I would highly recommend this B&B. The kitchen was well equipped too! Thanks for a great experience!

We stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed it! The condo was very cozy and felt like home. We even enjoyed the hot tub one night, which was really nice after a long day of walking. The location is really nice because it’s near the freeway and was conveniently near everything we wanted to do. Cresentia was very friendly, responsive host, and had clear instructions about where everything was. Thank you for having us!
