House holiday rentals in Point Chevalier

Pros: Great comfortable beds, clean pool, very quiet, large rooms, Private, clean home and kitchen, window screens on many windows and AC works! We truly loved this place. Only negatives were no instructions for how to use and empty the water from the clothes dryer and the trash can liners are very small for the size of the can. Upholstered Furniture in living room and sitting area off the kitchen could use refreshing-upholstery is well worn. Dining tables were great!

Our Family (2 Adults, 2 Children 5y & 3Y) had a fantastic stay. The location was quiet and close enough to everything. Beautiful Walking track 2 mins from the front door which feels very distant from the city location. The Pool, which is the perfect size for the property, is great for the kids and deep enough for adults to soak in, it also feels very safe with the fencing. The kid's rooms are perfect for children up to their teenage years and the master bedroom is comfortable and has a good view of the backyard (Tramp and Pool), allowing you to relax from inside and watch kids outside. Off-street parking is covered and easy to access and the living area and kitchen are all nice and family friendly. Thanks again for hosting us and we look forward to returning one day.

We had a three night stay at Malina's house and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect and within 5 min walk to the main Mission Bay bars and restaurants. Malina and Rod were both highly responsive and provided suggestions and also helped rescue us by lending us two international adapters for our devices. The house is beautiful and as shown in the photos. Modern and clean and the standout has to be the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Our kids spent every afternoon in the pool area and loved it all. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Mission Bay area.

Loved the house and the swimming pool. Plenty of space in the house and the beds were comfortable . Three bathrooms which was great for the 6 of us staying in the house, 2 were en-suites. Plenty of on-street parking and also had parking on the property. Short drive to the beach at Brown's Bay . Would be very happy to stay at this property again.

House was beautiful with amazing views. Both the pool and the hot tub were wonderful and the beach was short (10 min) walk. the kitchen and grill were great cooking and we loved all the Polish pottery! Overall, great location and house for our family.

Our family enjoyed such a lovely holiday in this lovely little oasis. The home was bright and clean and airy, and the pool and patio area were sparkling, quiet and relaxing. Our family of four stayed at many beautiful places during our month-long holiday in New Zealand, but we all agreed that Lisa's lovely home was our favorite. If we ever have the opportunity again in the future, we will definitely chose to stay at Lisa's home again!

Great weekend escape with pool and indoor outdoor flow to enjoy the sunshine and chill space later with the easy outdoor gas fire. Modern kitchen made for easy self catering but also close and walkable to great restaurants and coffee spots. Having an ensuite for each bedroom always a win. Comfortable and ample space for all.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay here in this wonderful home. Everything from the space, to location to the cleanliness was great. The multiple indoor and outdoor spaces offer a haven to relax and unwind. and with easy access to the motorway, beach and local restaurants it’s a perfect place to stay. The space also caters well to large groups which is a bonus and to top it off Grant is an exceptional host. Would highly recommend staying here!

What a stunningly beautiful retreat. You’re close to the city and yet when on the property the only sounds are of the native birds flitting in the trees with your views of pristine native bush.

Great accommodation. We had a sports team of ten players stay across two of the three units on this site. Beds were comfortable, kitchen facilities great and just a 15 minute drive from our venue (Bruce Pulman). All in all an excellent stay.

Our family group of three couples found this stunning Westgate home perfect. The layout worked extremely well for us. Location was perfect and would have loved to have stayed longer. We give this home a 5 star rating.

Everything was as it looks and described. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. Suuuper flexible with check in allowing us early entry before normal check in. We were so grateful especially since we arrived early morning after a 12 hr flight. Location was in a nice easily accessible neighborhood as well. It was very comfortable for our group of 3 adults. Awesome location, restaurants, cafes, parks, bus/train and supermarkets nearby. Lovely and private house, clean and felt very relaxed. Communication with host was excellent and they were proactive in checking on us, gave us a later check out as our flight was late and it was much appreciated :) Thank you. Would stay again !

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay! The hammocks were a hit with both the kids and us – perfect for unwinding. Stephen was a fantastic host, always available and helpful. Karekare Beach is beautiful and just a short walk from the house. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

We loved our stay - definitely my favourite Airbnb of all time! We felt at home from the moment we arrived - the house is so well equipped and really spacious. It's in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, but close to everything you could possibly need - including beautiful Long Bay beach. Naomi was an excellent host, so helpful and responsive :) Thank you!

The view is absolutely incredible!! It’s the perfect place for a weekend getaway. I would recommend driving up in the daylight as we got delayed and had to drive in the dark and it made it difficult to find.

Cole's place is a stylish, spacious home with great living space and a beautiful outdoor patio/garden. The location is super. A short walk to Point Chevalier beach for swimming and less than 15 mins drive to the city centre. The jacuzzi is a bonus!

Well appointed home, located a short walk to the beach in one direction and the quaint Howick Village in the other. Well hosted and clean. large space for for pets too.

Lovely, comfortable stay with plenty of room. We were a bit unsure at first because the owners live in the rear part of the house but we had all the privacy we needed, no issues and very thoughtful hosts. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Liz's place is a jewel. Super nice and quiet area, with a small park to go running at walking distance and very close to a bus station. We had an amazing time cooking and spending time in the kitchen and back yard. Liz is super friendly and would recommend her to anyone. The house is easy to find and the instructions are very clear. This is my family 2nd visit in this lovely house & the location is perfect for close by families. The 1st visit was last year 2023 & due to my medical condition, I was not able to come on that trip, but my family mention that it was a house that we can call home. It was my 1st visit and now I see why they say this is home. Thanks to the host for making it possible for my family to check in early. Hope all is well with the host & in the future if possible & be able to return would be great.

Absolutely beautiful space, really loved that the place had all the things required to cook food. We had a long stay and it definitely felt like a home away from home. It's close proximity to the beach made for lovely runs in the morning. Already hoping to book again on my next trip back home with the family
