Holiday rentals with beach access in Point Chevalier

We have a great stay at this property. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Very central and a great price for the location. Communication was friendly and always prompt replies to any questions. Highly recommend to others.

Simon’s apartment was well appointed and clean with lots of natural light and a comfortable bed. We were definitely centrally located to the CBD and the surrounding neighborhoods (a fave is Ponsonby!). One note - it’s so nice to have the garage parking access, but would recommend a sedan over a large SUV to navigate the tight turns!

Defines what an Airbnb should be in every respect. We felt immediately relaxed and at home and all the the welcoming touches were very much appreciated Thanks a million

Outstanding stay at Valeria’s place! The artful personal touches make the apartment chic and cozy. It has every amenity you could want or need, and the location is easy walking distance to Ponsonby and the CBD. Five stars all around!

My family and I stayed at Pam’s place for 2 nights during a 3 week trip to NZ. Pam’s place was our favourite AirBnB of the lot given the great location, amenities within the unit, privacy, and sparkling cleanliness. It was a bit of a shame we could only stay 2 nights but we would return in a heartbeat.

Great location, quiet street 5 minutes stroll to Jervois Road

Maureen gave us one if the best overnights we've had. She provided everything you could possibly need, gave recommendations for local walks or expeditions and for the fabulous Greco-Italian Restaurant just across the road. The bed was super comfy, the breakfast, coffee and tea provisions provided were generous and perfect. The shower was fabulous and the 'shark' shower cap was a perfect final touch. we recommend her unreservedly and would stay again in an instant!

This house is magic! Situated on a hill with beautiful of the ocean. You can either watch the sunset from the deck or through the floor to ceiling glass doors. The spa was lovely and we could see the sunset peaking out from our seat in the spa. There was something special about this house. Gemma was also very responsive and helpful. She let us drop our bags a little early and was available at every turn. I look forward to hopefully staying here again while traveling!

It is a beautiful , clean and spacious place for a larger group. With space to have privacy and also for all to share meals, games and conversations. Amazing views, close walking distance to restaurants, walk to the beach, great flexible and responsive host, spa, great outside spaces. Worth a visit.

Lovely rustic bach in a superb location right across the street from a fantastic beach. Perfect for our group of 5, bring supplies as the local store has only the most basic items. Would come back again for sure.

A lovely one bedroom cottage with off street parking and a fenced garden - an unusual find in Mission Bay! Very clean and tidy with new furnishings and a good range of amenities. 2 minute drive from supermarket and 10 minute walk to the beach. We were very grateful to also be allowed pets here. Would definitely book again!

Great house in takapuna. loved the location and the house was amazing. Big and spacious, enough room for everyone but also made us feel together. would definitely recommend staying here.

Sky Blue is a total gem! Loved our stay here. The place has everything you need, a really generous living area with lovely large windows and view, great kitchen and dining and comfortable rooms. Also a fabulous location with the beach just at the end of the street and the Takapuna centre within a few minutes walking distance with lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay in Darren and Sarah’s beautiful air BnB. The location is wonderful with a short walk to 2 beaches and cafes/shops. We really appreciated all of the luxurious features in the apartment and the kids loved using the pool and hot tub. Communication with our hosts was seamless - they always responded quickly and were warm and friendly. We wish you well in the future and hope to be back one day.

An absolutely amazing stay and didn’t want to leave. We have stayed at many beach resorts and rentals but none like this with the ocean literally outside your door. I can’t wait to return. Pia was a fabulous host with many recommendations. The accommodations were comfortable and very relaxing. We feel asleep each night with the sound of ocean waves and the sunrise is amazing.

I would 1000% recommend this stay to anyone and I will be checking Monica's Airbnb for all my future stays in Auckland. The location was amazing with views of the viaduct and walking distance to amazing restaurants and cafes. A beautiful rooftop garden to add some privacy and elegance to the stay and a wonderful balcony to relax on with a coffee. Monica was incredibly helpful and was super responsive.

The best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Amazing view, access to the Takapuna-Milford walkway, very clean and well-appointed place. Even a few extras like fresh fruit, bread, and chocolate! And excellent coffee. Super easy people to communicate with too when needed.
