Monthly Rentals in Pobrdje

I arrove in Budva and was able to find Petar’s very easily. He helped me bring my bags upstairs, and it was immaculately clean. There was plenty of towels and other amenities - everything needed more a month stay or even longer. The supermarket was very close by, and I went almost daily. The people and location are friendly and clean and safe, and I very much enjoyed walking up and down the beachfront and going swimming. Petar agreed to clean weekly, which was a very huge plus. The street was a little noisy, but I have no other complaints.

I stayed for the month of May and it was very suitable for me as I needed a place to rest and restore energy after having already toured a bit of Montenegro prior to my stay. I was able to focus on other things since it provided not only beautiful surroundings but a calm place to work and study. Keep in mind that the bus stop and grocery store is a 10-15 min walk away. I took this as an opportunity to appreciate the fresh air and have some additional exercise. It is also worth noting that the washing machine is shared and is at the bottom of the building. Finally, I would suggest this place for those who have a car especially if you want to use it as a base for touring or prefer a safe neighborhood environment outside the tourist areas. If you are not willing to walk without a car it may be difficult. Overall, I recommend. 😌

Very responsive host, we requested a bigger knife to cut vegetables with and he he said go pick one out that you like and I’ll cover the cost. Very reasonable with check in and out times. Had 2 beer in the fridge waiting for us. All around great spot, with a beautiful mountain view.

We loved this little house. A few hours after checking in we asked to stay an extra 4 days. Ana & her husband Ivo are such kind, considerate, welcoming hosts, and such good people! The place is better than the photos – sparkling clean, lots of natural light, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, amenities for home cooking (which we enjoyed everyday), clean comfortable bed, plenty of space, and oh so quiet and peaceful during the day & night. Perfectly located in the idyllic hills about 20 mins from Kotor and some gorgeous little "secret" coves for swimming/snorkelling. Car is necessary. Nice little restaurant around the corner – Tres Olives. And Morro, the lovely black dog who greeted us each day on the front porch. This place is wonderful, hosted by such kind & considerate people. We will come back for sure!
