Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pléneuf-Val-André

We had a great weekend at Patricia's place. The accommodation is really nice and well located. For this perfect parking lot and we did everything on foot.

Generally the principle that applies to individuals, in terms of the gap between reality and photography, does not apply to apartments. Well, that's right. Indeed, despite all the efforts to take beautiful photos, the reality was far superior to the visuals offered. A beautiful apartment, with a location that's just as it is. A very tasteful decoration, very elegant and in every room. A reserve, it takes one, the lack of parking which is inconvenient during periods of high traffic and which raises the rating. But this did not spoil the pleasure of residing in this beautiful apartment, which I highly recommend, not to say very strongly. Best regards,

This place is perfect for a stay in Dinan! Great shops and restaurants in short walking distance. Apartment is of a 4 star hotel quality with chocolates on the bed before arrival. There was even a personalized sign welcoming both my wife and I. Ann-Kathrin is the most gracious of hosts and extremely responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Very well located apartment, 2min walk to the center of Dinan, and in a quiet area. The apartment is superbly decorated and well supplied. The little touches are everywhere to book a good hosting. From bathrobes, to small chocolates, you will be welcomed.

The place is very well located, within walkable distance from bars, restaurants and downtown, the flat is very well equipped, also they provide with basics for the bathroom and kitchen which is great. I recommend this place 100%. Just keep in mind that is located on a 3rd floor with no lift and the stairs are quite old and narrow.

Great welcome, Luc and his wife are very kind and attentive! the house met our expectations, cozy, located 100m from a beautiful beach, very quiet neighborhood and ideally located for visiting the beautiful surrounding Breton cities....to be recommended 👍

We spent 1 week in the cottage l 'Olivier, everything was perfect!!! Sylvie our host was very welcoming, very nice, the cottage is just perfect, very well equipped, nothing is missing, we really feel at home and the spa is really nice in the well enclosed garden. Really nothing negative in this stay and it will really be a pleasure to return.

This is a beautiful home decorated with great taste, quality amenities and an authentic and modern atmosphere. Every member of the family was able to find their happiness there. We feel that there is a real intention to make the stay of the hosts cocooning and exceptional. Very close to the beaches and quiet. Again, thank you for this refreshing break.

Charming cozy house facing a beautiful garden. The decor is very nice, it feels very good. It is a quiet and peaceful place. You are about 200 meters from the village where you find bakeries, fishmonger, butcher, caterer, convenience store, restaurants... There is also a market on Wednesday mornings. You have everything you need nearby. And of course, you are close to beautiful places to discover: Tregastel , Perros-Guirec, island of Bréhat, Ploumanac'h, Plougrescant, St Malo... we are not bored. Christophe, the owner is very friendly, discreet, and attentive to the well-being of his tenants. You can go there without a second thought!

We had a lovely 2 days. The house is well located in the center of the village, quiet. It is well-equipped, the wood stove heats the house well. The self check-in went well, the instructions were clear.

Very nice cottage near the port of St Quay Portrieux. We stayed there with the family for the holiday season and we enjoyed Karine's cozy and warm cottage. I recommend it!

Beautiful family house, tastefully decorated, giving pride of place to rest and sharing spaces. and what about the location? A short walk from the GR34, the sea view windows allow you to enjoy the show all year round. The hosts were very responsive.

Stay in a nice apartment, well equipped, with a beautiful sea view (which we took little advantage of given the gray weather). Drinks available in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you for your attention. Private parking space appreciated. Far from shops (4km for the bakery) but we knew it. Several tourist destinations within 1hour of the apartment. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

Stay at the beginning of the year, few tourists and that's good. Unfortunately, quite a few shops closed for holidays, that's the other side of the coin. Beautiful walk by the sea to go to the village, beach accessible to dogs outside the summer season. Reserved parking space, it must be a real plus in high season.

Apartment as pictured. Very functional and well equipped. We were helped by our hosts at the last minute after a misadventure of another rental and they were very responsive and accommodating. Thanks to them and I'll save this address for the next time. I would recommend it 100%.

Absolutely PAR-FAIT! We knew the residence well because we had rented together the apartment just below. But Luc's really suits us 100%, for our family with our 3 daughters. The apartment is more spacious, better arranged and equipped with always this superb view, the perfect location, proximity to the 2 beaches and shops and restaurants, the private pool. For sure, we'll be back at this place! Thanks again!

Dinard is a beautiful seaside resort with many luxury shops and also a lot of restaurants, beautiful wide beach. Pleasant town to stay in. The apartment is elegant, spacious and bright. It is located in a luxury former hotel with beautiful entrance
