Holiday rentals with a patio in Pléneuf-Val-André

Patricia is delightful. She met us at the Appartment with flowers and smiles and was willing to give us any info we required. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean with everything needed for our stay . Very well furnished kitchen, comfortable bed. Located near to several cafes, bakeries and bars overlooking the harbour.

Great stay! The location is ideal, the small terrace allows you to have a small private outdoor area. Access to the sea by the house a short walk to the center of Erquy in a few minutes. The accommodation is ideal for a couple alone or with a baby (possibility to put a crib in the studio). We made the stay as a group of three with our 9-month-old baby, we were able to do everything by stroller and on foot. The Saturday morning market is full of beautiful local products, we enjoyed ourselves. Hosts are very available and respectful of privacy. Suggestions await in a small booklet in the space, as well as chatting with hosts. We'll be happy to go back!! Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very calm and the house has a beautiful garden with a pond, with just on the other side of the house a view of the ocean. The host is very nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Great 3-day weekend to get some fresh air before the holidays! Cecile is super responsive and gave us some very nice recommendations. We will have to come back because the rental is great and its location is ideal for walking.

We spent a lovely week in Dinan and this property is in the perfect location to enjoy what the town has to offer. We loved that the house was so old and full of character, but were pleased to find that it was also very comfortable. Comfortable, we are very comfortable in the house, well-equipped, warm. The stove was very nice this time of year. Quick access, central and peaceful. Large garden. It would be great to have a small welcome kit (heating operation, restaurant tips)

Cute, cozy, very well decorated and perfectly clean. Everything is thought out in every detail (the kids loved the little guys climbing the rope😉). The house is also very well equipped, little extra for the speakers to have a nice little musical atmosphere. The kids also loved little foosball. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The hosts are thoughtful with the little welcome gifts that we enjoyed very much. The location is ideal close to everything. No need to take the car. In short, we can only recommend this super small place.

We had a wonderful week at Marie-Noëlle and José's! The house is very well equipped, quiet, ideally located, and there is everything you need for young and old! Everything was perfect! Beautiful house super well equipped (nothing to be expected) with heated pool, we were 3 couples with 6 children, everyone was delighted despite the bad weather. Céline is very accommodating and even bought a crepe party for us! We had a great time :)
