Townhouse holiday rentals in Pleasant Valley, Austin

Highly recommend! Jacqueline was a very attentive host and made sure we were looked after. The place is secluded and immersed in nature. Perfect if you want to stay away from town, but only an 8 minute Uber to a pretty cool coffee spot on the lake. (Mozarts coffee) Fully stocked kitchen with lots of spices. The highlight for me was the balcony area with the lounges and this incredible view. Each room had plenty of wardrobe space to keep our bags and hang clothes. Loved the bathroom! Very modern fridge and appliances.

Joe went above and beyond by making sure a new Instapot was available for me. Otherwise responsive and a great host.

Can’t beat the Greenbelt location. Quick walk or hike to Barton Springs, and across the street from Tacodeli and a small market. 10-15 min drive to everything!

We loved the beautiful, natural setting around the home. Great layout, very comfortable and lovely place to stay. Close to shopping and downtown, but set in a very quiet neighborhood. Melissa was a fantastic host!

We had a fabulous stay at the townhouse. Everything you need was there. It was very quiet and really enjoyed the cute backyard with our fur babies. The short walk to Barton Springs was also a huge plus. We would definitely rent again.

Our stay at Marz’s was excellent. Pros included the central location as a base to explore Austin, the unique décor (very artsy and “Austin”), use of the washer and dryer, and the tea and coffee she provided. (I found a new favorite coffee blend!) What stands out the most, though, is Marz’s communication: each time we reached out with questions, she was prompt, helpful, and accommodating, providing local recommendations or information about the house. As the listing mentioned, the driveway is steep for low cars, but we had no trouble finding parking across the small street. The cul-de-sac isn’t busy but there is noise from roads and other properties nearby, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this place and would be glad to stay again. The check-out requirements were the easiest of any Airbnb I’ve rented!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. A .6 mile walk to the Hula Hut. Very comfortable furnishings.

Jessica’s house was a fantastic visit! It was a reasonable distance from downtown Austin, so it was easy to get to places like sixth street and the domain! It was super quiet, easy to find and easy check-in. I would definitely recommend this listing to others and would love to book again if I visit Austin again! :)

If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Austin that’s in an absolutely perfect location to see all the sights this is the place. We very much enjoyed our stay. The description is spot on and Adolfo is a fantastic host. The unit has a very good layout and was extremely clean. Would love to stay there again next time I’m in Austin!

We had a great stay at Meghan's place. The house was cozy and comfortable, and I had plenty of spots to work from, including the office and outdoor patio. The two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms were convenient, and the washer and dryer were a nice plus. The parking area fit our two cars easily, and the location worked well for us. Austin was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Sean’s place was very clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to use and cook for our stay. The neighborhood was a nice place to go walk our dog, we would see a lot of people walking their dogs or running. No issues working from his place, each bedroom has small desk and chair so you can set up to work from there. We would certainly stay there again.

Lovely place - great location as it’s in a quiet neighborhood but easy walk to bars and restaurants and 10 min car ride into downtown. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Bente is a great host - very responsive and always friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Daniel’s home was immaculately clean, minimal, and the perfect space for my husband and I to visit with our one year old! The backyard was everything (completely fenced in - amazing turf grass) we could’ve wanted for our little to run around freely without fear of the street/getting into things! The home is exactly a 9-min drive to the Domain (great for explorative shopping and eating!) as well as a lovely and delicious cafe across the street with amazing food and coffee (Cafe Java). We will definitely be staying there, again, or referring others to Daniel’s place if in the ATX area. 10/10 stay!

Nice place. Was great for our small group. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, linens, paper towels and toilet paper (I hate running out of these at air b&b’s)!! I hadn’t read it on the reviews for this place so I’ll mention it but it really wasn’t terrible just a heads up, it’s near the airport and the flights start around 5:30am. We were usually gone around 6:45 and had only heard 3, so like I said it wasn’t too bad.

Spent a fantastic week here. The place is immaculate with outstanding furnishings and decorative touches. We had several local friends stop by and everyone asked for the listing so that they could recommend it in the future. Excellent location just outside the downtown with fantastic restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. Communication was clear and timely. Would not think of staying anywhere else in the Austin area for future trips.

Best equipped AirBnB we’ve stayed at. Good furniture, linens and great kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils. Nice TV and great enclosed yard for the dogs. Very comfortable stay.

Rented this with my friend from overseas, who said the neighborhood was quiet but maybe too quiet with not a lot around. That's what residential areas are like in most of the country, so I find difficulty faulting it for that. Note that the markets in Mueller are nicer than the closer ones near the highway. We did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed, just not new but we didn't mind. Laundry was super convenient, there were plenty of bathrooms and Roku TV's, a big yard and lots of good things to say, feeling right at home. The only difficulty we had was near the beginning, trying to keep the heater from overreacting when it was literally freezing outside for two nights. This was an exceptional circumstance, the host asked and helped out, and at least we weren't cold, so no points taken off there either. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend.

J was so responsive to questions and always willing to help. The place is private, quiet, and clean. Great place to spend quality time with family and friends. Highly recommended!

Lovely, clean, well-appointed condo. Perfect for multiple couples. A great location for Starbucks lovers. Our group of six would be happy to stay again.

Karen was such a a gracious and attentive host. She answered all of my questions and made recommendations that were very helpful for our stay. This home was so beautiful, cozy, and extremely comfortable. We cannot wait to stay here again!
