Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Pleasant Valley, Austin

This was a wonderful stay. I’d come back the next time I’m in Austin. The bed OMG! Was so comfortable, it just wrapped around your body after a long day of SXSW EDU conferencing. Everything was clear and easy (instructions on how to enter, wifi, and how to leave the place). I thought it was nice of the host to offer late check out for a relatively small fee. I did not need it but it was nice. The host checked on me before, during and after my visit. Good vibes!

The accommodation in Savannah wasn't very big, but it had everything I needed. She was so kind and welcoming that it felt like staying at a friend's house.)

I loved that Stephanie and Devonte are so amenable to hosting pets! We’re from San Antonio and were attending a couple of consecutive concerts in Austin that would’ve required us to hire a dog sitter if we couldn’t bring along our two little girl bullies, which seemed like a shame since we’d be able to spend so much time with them outside of the evening concerts. Not only are they open to hosting pets without additional fees, but provide a relatively large kennel with a divider, which we were able to use instead of hauling their kennels from home upstairs. They also provide food and water bowls as well as puppy pee pads (if needed). I would 110% stay here again to be able to overnight in Austin with our doggos. A+ for pet parents for sure!!!

The space was super clean the we loved the porch. It was two blocks from great restaurants and walking distance from the river walk.

Great location with lots of dinning and shopping options - convenient and comfortable stay for a quick trip. Daniel is a very responsive and kind host, would recommend!

Allison was quick to respond and made check in super easy! Her place was neat and clean and just what we need for a place to stay for attending the UT game which was only 4 miles away!

This is a fantastic studio apartment with open floor plan. Everything was clean, in good repair & working order. Our host was very responsive via Airbnb texts to clarify certain things for me. I’ll definitely keep this in mind for my future antiquing overnight trips in Austin & the surrounding areas. Thanks is so much for having units as your guests & making it feel so welcoming and comfortable.

The house is absolutely beautiful inside and out, as well as spotless. The house is a short distance from pretty much anything you would want to do in Austin. The PMI Metro team was super helpful and very responsive to any messages. I can't recommend both the house and the hosts enough.

Beautiful, stylish home with fantastic amenities in a wonderful neighborhood. Great for walking and close to myriad restaurants, grocery stores and other features that make for an enjoyable experience. We stayed here with my parents and everyone had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The host was very communicative and did everything possible to ensure we had a pleasant time. Highly recommend.

Matt's place accommodated our family in the best way. We felt right at home. It was so generous to see all of the amenities available and the kitchen had everything! We had to help cater a wedding so we definitely made great use of that space. When we had a medical emergency, Matt allowed us a gracious check out time and we couldn't be more grateful. one thing to note that it is a per friendly home so if you have allergies like me, take your preventative measures. All in all a comfy home, great patio space and great amenities. Spacious too!!

Warm, confortable space with pleasant backyard and an open and cozy feel inside. Excellent coffee within walking distance past a historic graveyard. Next time in Austin we would look to stay at this home again. Centrally located made it easy to enjoy all that Austin has to offer.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which made for a nice, relaxing environment. It's also conveniently close to the highway and amenities, so we had no trouble getting around. The house felt more like a lived-in home than a rental property, with plenty of cookware, dishes, cutlery, etc. It was also spacious and well-decorated, and the hot tub was a great addition. We also very much appreciated the office space. While the dark paint and furniture gave the house a cozy vibe, it did make the space feel a little darker than expected. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

This AirBnB exceeded my expectations. Plenty of room for a big group of 18-20 people. We rented the house for our bridal party for our wedding at the Arlo. It was very close to the venue as well as Salt Lick. We even got a bonus day pool day and got to enjoy all their amenities. The team managing it is also highly attentive. It really showed that they wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable as possible. 1000% recommend!

Clean and relaxing space.

We looked into hotels downtown but ultimately settled on an Airbnb as it was a better much value. We loved staying here, especially as runners, because the 10 mile bike path was just a block away. We also walked on the path (about a mile) to get to congress street where lots of restaurants are. Rainey Street was super close by and also had great restaurants. We loved relaxing at the rooftop area for its breathtaking city views. When we come back to Austin, we will definitely be staying here again!

Gissell's place was exactly as described and was clean and comfy. Perfect location for getting around Austin. The bed was very comfy and the balcony overlooking the pool was a nice plus!
