The place is so clean , the beds are perfect and clean and denote good taste . The room and bathroom are spacious and with all the top accessories. The pool , the bar ,. The food Rosalva offers is spectacular and she is a very kind and very polite and respectful person. Undoubtedly the best place I have enjoyed in the Dominican Republic, with an impressive sea view.

Loved our stay! You absolutely cannot beat this location! I think the best nap of my life was taken in that bed, doors open to the sea :) No other sounds than the sea, very private for couples, very safe for solo travelers. Pedro is such a warm and friendly person. Even invited us to a party where we met a ton of nice people.

Perfect location in a highly walkable and safe area. Plenty of restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment. If you're a cigar lover like me, there's a fantastic cigar bar 2 blocks from the unit that has live music on the weekends.

We travel to Puerto Plata yearly. This trip we stayed about a month and I can honestly say it was the absolute best Air bnb experience we ever had. Where to begin?? From the first minute we arrived we were treated like family by Marina, Tonino and their staff. The entire complex was spotless, being cleaned every day. Very accomodating when needing basic essentials like water and toilet paper. Two important " must haves" when we go to the Dominic are security and good quality water, and we had both. The pool is clean and inviting, the area is private and quiet. Breakfast was by far the best we have ever had in the Dominic. We now have new friends and there is no question about staying at Gaia Residence again. We will be booking here from now on! Thank you Marina, Tonino and staff for EVERYTHING!!! ¡Hasta pronto!
