Monthly Rentals in Playa de la Barrosa

Francisco is a very good host who was responsive at all times and responded immediately to inquiries. The apartment is very nice, with a large terrace and in close proximity to the beach. Good restaurants are also within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay (5 weeks) very much and would very much like to come back.

We really enjoyed our long stay at Javiers place. It’s very quiet and peaceful. It had all the amenities as described and exceeded our expectations. There’s lots to do and see in the area and Javier was always on hand for advice. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by and within walking distance even though it was Nov/Dec, we were able to walk to bars etc. We really enjoyed visiting Cadiz and Vejer de la frontera for tapas and meals out. The seafront is a short walk away - about 5 mins - long beach with cafes and bars, but very unspoilt and no high rise hotels etc We made good use of the washing machine (as we were there for 2 months) and there is a great roof terrace with clothes lines. The front garden terrace was also well used along with the bbq for entertaining friends. All in all we had a great time and hope to return again soon - thank you Javier

The house has everything you need to be happy. Everything is as described and very idyllic. The house is situated in a large holiday complex, which is very well maintained and quiet. In 10 minutes you will be by the sea and the way there is through a beautiful forest. For children, there is a large playground in the forest and tennis court can also be found in the complex. So we could even play some tennis. The communication was also great.

The apartment is beautifully located in the countryside, with its own garden, close to the pool and a golf course. Both the apartment itself and the outdoor facilities are very clean and well maintained. The interior with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms captivates above all by a well-equipped open kitchen and a feel-good bed. We haven't slept so well in a long time! The landlady Mónica is very friendly and helpful at all times. The wide, extensive sandy beach and the town center of Novo Sancti Petri are minutes away. We would come back anytime!
