The communication was exemplary from the very beginning. We received plenty of information about access which was precise. Upon entering, the house had a fresh, clean feel, and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a rose. Nothing was missing and the house is even more beautiful than in the photos. Good pillows for a perfect sleep and all the necessary tableware for a nice breakfast or dinner. Beautiful glassware in the display cabinet and well-arranged table settings create the impression that someone has put love and care into making the space feel like home. The big reveal is the veranda, with various small tables and cozy corners for reading, coffee, meals, or simply daydreaming with a view of the Mediterranean. What cannot be captured in photos is the sound of the waves, which never stops. We received plenty of information about the city and nearby museums even tips for free parking in town. The tranquility and the sea were very intense without crouds making the space private.

Incredibly great view from the balcony. Alex the cat, who is the property manager, comes by regularly to check on his guests. He likes to paid in treats for his service. Yurga is a funny and helpful person. If you are a light sleeper you should bring earplugs as the fridge makes a lot of noise at night. Otherwise everything was great! Thank you very much!

Well what can I say; we loved our stay in the villa. Pictures don’t do justice to the place. Ocean is literally your backyard and you can easily walk to many local places. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants privacy and wants to have. Private ocean. Would want to come back again to Giorgos place again

I’d come back again and again. If you’re up for a drive through the windy country roads, this is a must stay. It is a gorgeous property, the view is unbelievable, and it had everything you could possibly need plus some. And the hosts went above and beyond. We even were baked a cake! I am already planning my return trip. As far as driving to beaches and things, it was pretty easy and quick. It’s about a 12-15min drive down through the backroads (all paved nicely) and then you’re in kissamos. We daytripped to Chania and Falassarna Beach and Balos with ease. If you don’t mind driving, this place is well worth it!

We booked one of the luxurious houses, “Thalia”, for a week this summer. It was a fantastic house holding all the modern fasciitis you can ask for. The view was excellent overlooking the ocean from the mountainside where the house is located. The first evenings the very friendly host came by giving us small presents - home baked cake, olive oil, raki and homemade soap. We were 6 persons who stayed there, and everyone of us loved it. You need a car to get to the nearest shops or restaurants. We highly recommend staying in one of the Katalis’ houses.

We stayed in this beautiful Apartment over Christmas and New Year’s and we had an amazing time!! The hosts were incredibly friendly, kind, and took such great care of us – that really made the trip extra special. The apartment is beautiful and in a perfect location, right by the harbor in the center of Chania. We were three people, and it worked perfectly for us – plenty of space to spend time together but also to have some privacy when needed, which we really appreciated as a family. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again!

We love our stay, the place had everything we needed. The location was amazing. Konstantinos was extremely helpful and responsive. We will be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in great location near Chania old town.

We had a great stay at Katerina’s. She was very responsive and helpful, and her husband George gave us some great recommendations. The apartment is comfortable and clean, and the view is stunning. We didn’t love taking our rubbish to the on street bins, as we were 5 people in a small car with stinky trash bags and the closest bin is quite a long walk. But we would still recommend and would be happy to stay again.

Beautiful apartment at a beautiful location

My boyfriend and I have stayed at airbnb’s all over the world so I don’t say this lightly. It may be one of if not m the best places we’ve stayed at especially for the price. The hosts were super friendly and left us waters, coke and some snacks. There’s ac for every room and tvs as well. The beach is a 3 minute walk at most. They own the hotel above so the pool and gym is available to use, which was great. Lisa at the store was beyond helpful and kind. Highly recommend and will be back.

The apartment is located very conveniently a close walk to the old town and bars and restaurants near the harbour. It has everything you need and is very comfortable, with 2 beautiful balconies almost giving you a 360 degree view over the city. Check in was very easy and communication with Tamar was timely and efficient. We had a great stay!

I enjoyed my stay and they worked with me when I had to modify my duration dates. Would definitely stay again if I find myself in Chania again.
